GEN X'ers REACT | (Super Vocal) Wang Xi, Li Qi, Ju Hongchuan | The Sound of Silence 

I watched the entire 1st season of Super Vocal. competition. Elvis Wang (Wang Xi) I first heard when he sang one of the outstanding numbers in a long movie/drama based on the Chinese history of the common man general who becomes the first non royal to become emperor.of China: "The Rebel Princess." Super Vocal was a delightful competition, not only because of the outstanding music but because the entire competition was filled with grace, camaraderie and the competitors encouraging one another. The youngest was only 17 years old and one of the best tenors I have ever heard. At the time of the competition he was studying in the US. What was also wonderful about this competition was that we, the viewers, got personal glimpses of different competitors and how some of them chose to help other competitors who were struggling.

Wang Xi also goes by the name Elvis Wang.

As you assumed, they really sung together just once. They wanted to show that a trio can perform without a tenor. Interesting piece is Gao Tianhe performing She is my sin by Nightwish.
