When Alb left, he needed a break and I believe he was going to go to valorant, when snipe left he went to go back to halo, and now hal left to go to Falcons. I only see them dropping someone if they crap the bed continuously, but they did well at LAN and decent in scrims

If I knew that my COWORKER is getting fired, it is not my duty to tell that person about it. That's the org's job. Zer0 could probably have had the authority to tell him or have someone make sure to have him notified. I assume neither of them thought it was their duty to tell him and neither of them made sure that someone did before everyone's locked in.

The reason I think Hal didn't tell Gen it's because Hal is a new member in Falcons and as he explained there was a drama between Gen and Zero even before he was in the team and not want to go between that, also it's Managements JOB to handle termination unlike TSM where Hal is deeply involve in management dubbing the CEO.

I was never a fan but I had a big respect for that dude. Although he was bullying Evan, hal seemd like a grinder with good work ethics (in terms of diligence). But how he appears on his streams thesedays (no charisma) coupled with him not giving any heads up to his teammate, not even a hint is pretty damn disappointing. Hal and Zero would’ve needed a third before confirming dropping Gen so they possibly knew a while in advance. If he never asked Hal to confirm, who knows when he would’ve found out. So it seems they were strategically waiting til the last minute so that Gen wouldn’t find a new team in time for Champs. As a long time teammate and friend, Zero had a right to at least give Gen the heads up so that he wouldn’t be left out.

The fact that Hal and Zero were scheming behind Gen's back, moved to finalize dropping him w/ the org, and apparently told other people (such that Timmy knew), but didn't tell him, and kept the secret despite risking Gen's career, is genuinly scummy af.
