A bill that would prevent teachers from outing transgender and LGBTQ+ students to their parents without permission passed in the CA Legislature, but not before leading to some tension between multiple legislators.
These are not the STATES CHILDREN! They are under 24 hour a day care by their life giving parents. PARENTS MAKE ALL DECISIONS FOR THEIR MINOR CHILDREN!!. STATE HAS NO RIGHT TO CRAM SEXUAL OPTIONS UPON CHILDREN!!
Imo children aren't owned by their parents. They have every right to withhold information from their parents if they chose. Some parents would abuse, beat, or even kill their children for being lgbt.
The government has no right nor does the teachers to hide the transgender from the parents. The parents gave birth to them, not you. If it comes about where a kid wants to transgender or is thinking about it, it's up to the child and the parents to sit down and discuss and make out the best plan for that transgender child. It is not a government place to say so. You have no right nor do the teachers to say what's good for our children's health. The teacher's job is to teach them to read. Write arithmetic history science. Not transgendering not coatsing a child that he or she is not what they were born. Actually that's against the law. I don't care what law you put into effect your predators
Child abuse is already illegal. With your logic, report cards should not be sent home because some parents would abuse a child for not having good grades.
The schools are the ones who are creating the trans children with their trans indoctrination. So of course they don't want the parents to know. That is why this Marxist indoctrination needs to stop.
