Does genderfluid stay for months/year or what?I have been questioning this and still wondering whether I'm genderfluid or just trans😅I want to say I'm trans but I never feel gender dysphoria so I'm confused-

@@yuri_a26 You also can be trans without experiencing gender dysphoria. And yes, genderfluid does "stay for months", in fact for a whole lifetime.

@@rainestormee Yea, it can be hard to tell sometimes, it took my own therapist helping me figure it out to realize that I’m transgender female to male. 😀

@@Alpha88439 That’s incorrect, there’s also intersex. Plus, there’s multiple gender identities that are valid even still. Even if there were “only 2 genders,” I’d still be a guy no matter what. 🙂

yeah same. I have trouble expressing my masc side, I feel like ppl would never see me that way and as ridiculous as it sounds, a large part is the hair imo. there were some people rocking a masc style with long hair but since I am born a woman, I feel like it only adds to my feminine side, if that makes sense. but I kinda don't know if I want short hair either. it shouldn't matter but weirdly enough it's a struggle....

I suggest having a undercut, or shorter hair as a hairstyle, I have the same style and I can always have it either feminine or masculine with how I style it :D

Well, that's you are you are (literally) perfect the way you are. You shouldn't think that you have some standards to meet and that is how you have to be.

Ah, yeah tbh can relate I’m seriously grateful I don’t feel dysphoria as strongly as others, cause I guess I’m more lenient with how I see myself as different genders, but I still know it can suck to dislike features you can’t really change Dunno if this’ll help at all but I like to wear tall shoes (personally like combat boots) when I’m feeling that way. I’m 5’2, and while my height doesn’t bother me too much, it’s still nice to have even just a couple extra inches :)

I feel the same way, I’m AFAB and 5’2, so here are some tips I think work pretty well: •Long jackets and baggy clothes •If you’re going to wear a skirt or a dress, wear it empire waisted (the waistband is right where your stomach meets your chest), it makes you look taller :) •Having shorter hair (around neck length) •The beanie trick!! (Tucking all of your hair into a beanie and letting your bangs hang out) • Sports bras if you don’t have a binder and/or can’t wear one •Pressing your tongue father back in your mouth makes your voice deeper •Asking anyone who you know to aggressively call you by he/him pronouns until you say otherwise, or do it to yourself if you can’t do the first one (it sounds weird but it works) •Shoes that make you taller always make me feel good •Lastly, just looking at yourself in the mirror and telling yourself you’re a boy or imagining yourself as one helps me sometimes I hope this helps!!

update decided to screw it and came out as genderfluid to basically all my friends + my girlfriend, happy nonbinary people's day y'all!!
