They(Tupac & Associates) got assaulted and robbed and shot multiple times. Tupac limped his way to the studio floor where everybody was and demanded they pay hi.m is money they owned him for the song he agreed to do for a favor from the same guy who arranged is robbery and managed the artist pac agreed to do a feature for.

I just re-listened to it and in that interview he does say that Pac was saying pay me, but he didn’t say who Pac was talking to. They will report the info given to them. It has happened before that law enforcement has corrected their initial statement when more info came in. Big allegedly went downstairs to look for Pac after receiving the news he was shot. Then when he didn't see him he came upstairs to the studio where everyone else was. I would only assume either Cease knew the studio from his conversation with Pac. Or Big simply looked at what floor the other elevator stopped on. I don't think it would be hard to catch up with someone in a studio.
