Gene Expression Clustering in GDC 2.0 

This monthly support webinar helps all types of researchers utilize the cancer genomics data and resources available at NCI’s Genomic Data Commons (GDC). GDC experts will demonstrate how to find and access genomic data, how to use web-based tools, give in-depth explanations of bioinformatics pipelines, and more.
The GDC Gene Expression Clustering tool, available in GDC 2.0, is a web-based application for performing sample clustering by selecting a specific set of genes and visualizing the results as a heatmap of a z-score transformed matrix. This webinar demonstrates how to use the tool for clustering samples based on genes associated with specific disease types and conduct interactive analyses. It also provides an overview of the GDC Application Programming Interface (API) endpoint for gene expression clustering.
