Gene Martin I have loved your voice and ministry since the ten revival in West Memphis Ar I was compelled to follow God and for the first time I felt the spirit of God
Rev. Gene Martin has always since his youth lived for God. As a young man he was asked to join Rev. A.A.Allen as his minister of music and also choir leader. I song under his leadership in the Miracle Valley Assembly Choir for years in Miracle Valley, AZ. Even to this day Rev. Martin is singing people happy: Rev. Michael Capps, Ph.D Miracle Valley, AZ.
Gene Martin meet demetrio at evangel revival church in the Bronx. I recorded him at church. What a man of God he is. He is anointed by holy spirit. Amen for him :-) can't wait to meet him in heaven.
This is an arrangement by Eddie Williams. When he and his group, the Gospel Crusaders, recorded it in the late 60's or early 70's, they made reference to Roberta Martin, Ruth Davis, Archie Brownlee. I really like this!! Go'head!
sure loved to hear Bro Gene sing. AA Allen knew that certain kinds of music allowed the Holy Spirit to move! Will come back for all soon.....He is coming!!
this songs reminds me of the days when Gene first came to our REZ in the 70's. The we would have some church, along with Bishop Kenneth Bacon & Bro. Johnny Gramm. Those were the days. Good ole memory's,thanks gene
No one can even began to sing like this but a Black man. I don't know how and where that thrust comes from probably straight from GOD! He had to grow up around some real church men who knew something about GOD and he had to have the ability to hear and to see sounds in church that most would let slip right by..... Where in the world ( I know he is from one of the southern states) is he from!!!!
I so love this anointed man of God takes me back to A.A. Allen meetings in Detroit, MI. How I so MISS those days I was so blessed by his meetings. I am so happy to hear that Pastor Gene is still singing and is a Pastor may God continue to bless him as he blesses me and others with his anointed singing.
Hey Pastor Martin! Do you have any clips of Gene and Nancy singing "Packin' Up"? I had some video of them under the tent with Bro. Allen. Nancy was playin the organ. I loaned it to somebody and they never gave it back. Then "forgot" they borrowed it. LOL!
