I noted that you eventually removed both case sides to clearance to work. For anyone else doing similar work, you'll probably need to do the same. There are 23 machine screws with #2 Phillips heads holding the case together. You'll need to remove the majority of them, and it's fastest to do them all at once with a power tool. They are all identical so there is no need to keep track of them. 10 holding on the front (control panel) and rear (muffler) cover (6 exhaust, 4 front) 4 clamping the handle together, two coming from each side. 2 holding the pull start trim plate, which can then be turned sideways to pass through the cover In addition six 10mm hex head screws hold the sides to the base plate. I suggest removing the oil fill side of the case first. Take a picture of the routing for the fuel tank vent tube that connects at the gas cap. It need to be in exactly the right position for reassembly. Leave the tank with the pull start side of the case. Disconnect the fuel hose at the shut off valve.
What do you know about the overload red light coming on when you plug something into it and tried to run like an angle grinder or something like that the minute you turn it on that red light comes on and he knocked on that? Ty
@@WJsLifeonaBoat it does power it but that’s the only thing I have plugged into it as soon as I turn it on the red light comes on. I’m wondering if the inverter is bad. Ty Joe
