Harm is not just about blood, maybe the peaceful king could harm you in different ways, as ordering wrong education since childhood, publishing wrong fashion you get used to in time, in many ways you could be harmed now already and you even don't realize cause it's too normalized if everybody follows the same rules and you see it as normal everyday.
