This is great instruction - I've paid for online courses but they don't explain the actual mechanics of the different strokes in anywhere near as much detail. Thank you!

I'm MMA when throwing a elbow you keep a relaxed hand. If you keep a tight fist the muscles flex passed the bone and does less damage. You can feel you own arm right before the elbow, then flex and relax your hand. Nothing beats technique
