Wow! Another testament of Joseph Smith! The restoration of the Gospel and Keys of the Priesthood in such a specific order and timing is such a witness of the gifts of revelation that Joseph was blessed with.

Study all the footnotes and sometimes even study footnotes of the footnotes! I studied President Nelson’s talk in depth with the scriptures provided and found more ! Wow very powerful!

So excited to be studying D&C109 and conference talks with you for the next six months! I remember seeing a photo of Pres. Nelson holding the statue of Peter’s hand with the priesthood keys during the dedication of the Rome Italy temple and thinking the two of them both hold all of the keys Peter during his day and today President Nelson. So exciting to hear announcement of the Honolulu Hawaii temple which I never ever thought possible because we already have the Laie temple. Just incredible.

When President invited us to read Section 109, I added Section 110 to my personal invitation. I think starting with Section 109 is a wonderful suggestion.

I loved General Conference and love this discussion! I'm excited to get the journal edition of Conference and take time to digest each message over the next 6 months. 26:40 Doctrines are eternal truth and Principles are truths that we can apply. We can not apply Joseph Smith's 1st vision but we can pray to know that it is true. Not all doctrines are principles but all principles lead us to knowing doctrine for our selves. East Sussex, England

Oh man, I'm so glad I found this podcast! I've been searching and gathering all the 'light' I can find and this is one of my favourites now. I love learning about priesthood keys and what it means to me as a woman. I have a genuine question, though. President Nelson previously said the keys for resurrection have not been restored ( paraphrasing from his talk when he was talking about his daughter's passing I think). But then Elder Bowen's talk from Saturday evening. Please help me to understand it. 🙏

the people in Elder Bowen’s talk were not resurrected, they do not have resurrected bodies, but raised back to mortal life

This is the talk I was referring to by then Elder Nelson April 1995 Children of the Covenant : 'If I had the power of resurrection, I would have been tempted to bring them back. Though one of the ordained Apostles, each of whom is entrusted with all the keys of the kingdom of God, I do not hold keys of the Resurrection. Jesus Christ holds those keys and will use them for Emily, for President Hunter, and for all people in the Lord’s own time.' I suppose 'bringing people back to life' depends on the circumstances and on the will of the Lord. The 'bring them back' part through me a little but it makes sense now. Thanks both for clarifying it. 😊

I have just found your RU-vid channel and absolutely enjoying the videos. I am 79 yrs old and live in Canada. Our temple is in Spokane, USA. At my age to cross the border with now health insurance becomes impossible. Our next closest temple is in Cardston AB, which is 7 hours away and pay for a motel and my husband has serious health issues and can't be away from him to go to the temple. Since conference and listening to your videos, I am getting anxious because I am unable to attend. I will always have a temple recommend up to date. What can I do?

Wish I could talk with you! I am 78 this year and in the US state of Wyoming-large tracts of land too. This is what so far I have learned from The Spirit. Of course, lay the situation at the feet of The Saviour. Expect and ask for miracles not a specific one. Study and feel the Temple- all aspects. Don't feel anxious about where you are at this time of your life -reach out to your unit to be your angels. Many blessings to you and your husband. ab
