Farmers typically vote conservative (or used to) and Rishi is trying to win favour with them. Plus he has already made it clear he hates young people. I don’t think students would want him anywhere near them and even if he were to visit it would be waste of time because no young person would ever vote for him anyway, it’ll be a successful campaign if he gets one person under the age of 50 vote for him
