We are proud to announce the release of Navigraph Charts 8. The most notable feature additions in the new version are worldwide VFR charts coverage, drag and drop rubber band route construction, seamless zoom down to gate level, and 3D globe projection. Following the initial release, many more features await such as weather layers, profile views, navlog, traffic, and annotations. Just got a chance to play with the new system. Navigraph really did a great job with this. Interface was very intuitive...Auto pins charts for my flight plans selected SID and STAR. (awesome) Awesome job!

I used it on my EasyJet Flight from Jersey (EGJJ) - Palma De Mallorca (LEPA) and it is so realistic and professional the way they have made it. Love the new pinned charts for your FP And just the general layout, looks way better and more detailed. Great job guys, can’t wait for what you bring out next!👍

Regarding tutorials, it would be nice to have more coming. Especially about special symbology on some charts. Also tutorials about how to read military charts, like TACAN approaches, and how normally they are set. Also tutorials about certain approaches. For example Gibraltar and how to deal with certain informations like: Caution, birds over vicinity.

This update is amazing! However, one thing to nitpick here: the performance. It's pretty slow and lagging when zooming in and out and doing any other task on my desktop PC in the .exe and also in the browser version. Howver, it runs super fast and smooth on my iPad Pro (2019). So how is my much faster PC performing worse than my iPad? Thanks for the awesomeness!

Nice job on this update! Will a weather overlay be added at some point? Would make IFR/VFR flight planning/flying without a weather radar so much more realistic.

This is my favorite tool by far. Thank you very much for creating such a useful program! I do have a question, is it possible to import a file with waypoints? Perhaps a .csv file of decimal degree latitudes and longitudes? I'd like to fly along a track that does not show up as a road on the map and would want to import some waypoints to help with navigation where it's hard to see in the sim.

Hello, you can create your own waypoints in the Navigraph app and export the PLN to MSFS.

Is it me or did this new update delete all my saved flight plans I had in the version previous to this one???? I had a ton of flight plans with charts bookmarked in each of those flight plans, it'd be ashamed if this update did not sync or save those flight plans into this^^ update!! Anybody know. Navigraph any thoughts?

At the moment, we can’t import them to the Charts app, however, we are currently looking into creating a more seamless experience for those who seek to use the advanced flight planning functionalities in SimBrief in combination with the Charts app. Hopefully, this will suit your needs. It would be AMAZING if Navigraph can have ability to import the full OFP from Simbrief to Navigraph Charts App. Right now all we can import from Simbrief is the flight route. But if we can get the full OFP, then that’s fewer windows I would need to have open. Right now, I’m having to switch between Navigraph Charts, Volanta, and Simbrief. If Navigraph can make this happen, then all I would need to do is go into Simbrief to create and then import OFP to Navigraph and then just have Navigraph for all my needs.

If I'm honest I don't like the new layout of the charts I preffered the old one, it was simple and looked better in my opinion, the new update looks too fancy, can we have an option to choose the old layout rather than the new?

Hi there! This video was made using Navigraph Charts 8 on a browser. Navigraph Charts 8 are available on browsers, desktops, in-game panel, android and iOS tablets and mobiles. Everything works with MSFS2020, you can even see your flight in the application using moving maps.

Hi there. We’re currently working on a phone-optimized version of Charts 8. Right now, you can access charts through browser, desktop and tablets. Our web-based app charts.navigraph.com can be accessed through almost any browser, so if you want to use your phone before the release of Charts 8 for phones, you can access charts through the phone browser. I m from India. Uptil now everything was fine with my subscription but suddenly now I can not renew my subscription. No any payment methods cc or paypal work. Everything is fine with my credit card regarding international usage. It was okay till now but now payment declined. I tried everything but no benifit.
