I hate the way they're writing Anna, but Finola and Michael are playing the heck out of the script and making it as believable and human as they can. Bravo.
I hate the way they wrote peter. They RUINED his character on a WHIM just because of Millers exit. I say that because there was absolutely NO build up to OR reason to just suddenly go back to making the bad decisions he used to of the past. Its like they completely threw away every single bit of his character development on whim. Its a mess and makes absolutely no sense at all. You have to show HOW a character got from point A to point B, you cant just PLUNGE them into a situation where they suddenly start acting differently for no reason at all. Peters prior motives of the past made sense and showed that he was a VERY VERY DEEP character with a MASSIVE internal struggle. Everything he did was for a REASON because he believed he had to do it to prove a point regarding his father. HE HATED his father overall and the things he did but he showed compassion in doing them. His actions most recent (killing off Drew and the assassin nonsense) are COMPLETELY inconsistent with how this Peter's character as worked so far. He was a VICTIM of his parents before which gave much reason to his actions. He had no love and felt no real love and this is what made him capable of doing the kind of stuff that he did, above all else it was a situation he really didn't want to be in and WOULDN'T be in if he had a choice. More importantly even when pushed THAT FAR he NEVER directly involved himself into a situation beyond a certain extend. Thats just how the entire story line has built him so far. But consider his actions as of recent, they are just STRAIGHT UP cold blooded murder which makes absolutely NO Sense. The things he did to Drew and the assassin HE himself hired were motivated by selfishness just to cover up something that if he WASN'T written out of character all of the sudden, he would have simply admitted what he did to maxie and everyone else. Maxie grew his character significantly and that cannot all just be thrown away in seconds without someone noticing it. The things that he did to Jason before were ALREADY irreversible and Helena obviously manipulates and forces people to do her bidding. That being said its reasonable to believe that if something like this really happened (by "this" I mean the lame backstory that the writers threw in about peter playing a deeper role in drews capture) Everybody could have just as easily said that it WASN'T peter fault for all of this, just another victim of Helena. But NOPE. They chose to turn him into a villain out of nowhere so they could continue to build a story around why Drew Cain CANT come back which is ridiculous.
ALRIGHT FINN!!! Thank you for not letting Anna sucker you into her B.S. If she wants to play dumb and naive let her be in that place all by herself. I just want the truth to come out now so Anna could have a mental break down. That's just how weak she has become.
Anna talks about heinrik/peter being good for Maxie and a good father figure for James. He isn't good for Maxie and shouldn't be allowed to be around James he is without his dad nathan bc of him and he should not be allowed to be in his life. When ever maxie is with spinelli and Georgie and heinrik turns up spinelli takes Georgie away he doesn't want heinrik in Georgies life. Even when she recently visited maxie at crimson sam turned up and then heinrik and sam suggested georgie was tired from the trip to get Georgie away from heinrik. Anna knows heinrik is guilty she needs to have him pay for his crimes or at least tell maxoe the truth so she can kick him out of her life.
Anna better wake up before she loses everything, her family, job and relationship. Peter using Anna to do these crime's, because she gave him up for adoption, but he could be Alex son, so why they never taken a DNA Test to see if that's her son or nephew? Now if peter put's Emma in danger, will she kill him or stay defending & cleaning up his crime's?

Seriously you make it sound like a large criminal conspiracy all Peter wants is to put the past behind him everything he done was in defense of that Anna Robin Emma Maxie and quiet a few others are trying to give him the benefit of the doubt the only ones who aren't are the least of the impartial Sam and jason need him to be guilty to make her deal and as for Finn Anna broke up with him for this same reason.....she's just a mother wanting to believe the best of her kid

Arranging for an assassin to to kill Andre when he came back to P C to help Franco regain his memory. Arranging to have Drew’s plane crash, leaving people to grieve for Drew and his fate unknown. Arranging Shilo’s escape from prison. Shilo then attacked Bobbie, kidnapped Wiley, Dev, and Sam, and tried to kill Jason when he came to rescue Sam. Having his man lie that Sam arranged Shilo’s escape so she could kill him, thus getting her sent to prison. Hiring an assassin to kill Andre and Franco to prevent Franco from revealing that he was more deeply involved in Drew’s abduction than he had admitted. Murdering the assassin when he changed his mind about having Andre and Franco killed. So wanting to put his past behind him justifies harming innocent people who have never harmed him? Hiring assassins to kill inconvenient people to cover his own ass. Murdering the assassin when he becomes inconvenient? Getting an innocent woman to prison? It is not that Sam and Jason need Peter to be guilty. Peter is guilty. It is his fault that Sam went to prison, it is his fault that Jason can’t be with his family’s. He paid someone to lie about her. After all he has done to Jason and Sam in the past, how can you possibly justify what he has done to them this time? And Anna did not break up with Finn. He left her because he could not stomach her actions defending Peter when he knows in his gut that Peter is guilty. And he does not trust Peter and does not want him around Violet. I don’t blame him. Peter has shown he is capable of using anyone to protect himself. I don’t get the people who defend Peter. Peter is a selfish prick who will do anything, even kill to cover his crimes. Peter’s efforts to “reform” has resulted in a long list of victims.
Love Anna and Finn, but they are doing there best to break them up. Anna has always been a strong character, now this? Get the Fu%k out of here! Anna would have never did this. GH is good, but C'mon!
These writers seem to write the women as spineless. Anna cant see what is in front of her @Maxie isnt any better.who is Anna trying to convince the "world" or herself. Probably both.
Obrecht is the only strong woman in the show. Also I hope she presses full charges on Anna and loses her job or goes to prison for at least a couple months
I don't think its Alex. She doesn't give crap about Peter's freedom or anyone else. Instead she would turn Peter into the cops in a heartbeat just to hurt Anna.
I actually got fans who stopped watching this show to come back after telling them how it was getting good again with the mob stuff like the old days and Cyrus and everything so they gave it a another chance on my word and the last few days it has been boring again reminding them why they quit it in the first place. Now I look like a liar and a fool and they are quitting the show again good job GH!!
Is this Anna or is this Alex??? Anna is capable of cover ups, looking the other way and all that, this I know, but Peter is getting close to her family and I thought she would for sure protect Emma the way Finn is protecting little V..... I actually hope Anna is locked up somewhere and this is Alex because I dont want to see Anna lose everything over this surrogate son🙄. Peter is basically the perfect combination of Valentin and Alex ( gh Alex anyway not AMC Alex). I know Scrubs won't be okay with this since they are Jasam fans and trust their instincts. on top of that Robin was devastated about the Peter secret her mother kept and plus what Faison did to her is basically what Peter did to Jason (she will be on Jason's side) and now he killed Drew we know that.
Honestly regardless of what Peter's done I still root for him. I like him and Maxi and him and Anna relationship. I know that's not the popular vote, but I still like Peter
I was on this train too until he started helping Shiloh and trying to kill Franco, Andre and Probably killed Drew too. Peter hasn't changed though and Anna knows it, I get she wants to protect her son (whom I thought they settled was actually Alex's son) but what about Maxie and James? Emma and Noah? I just hope they dont end up collateral damage.
because he is the reason for Sam being on parole and not being allowed to be with Jason. Plus he is responsible for crimes Finn mentioned. He is a murderer! He is using Maxie and she doesn't even know it.
Cecil Pierre Problem is there is no doubt about what Peter has done. We have seen Peter order the hits on Drew, on Franco and on Andre twice. We have seen him arrange Shilo’s escape from prison, and him taking $35,000 from his bank to pay Shilo blackmail. We have seen him order his man in prison to lie about Sam. A lie that gets Sam sent to prison. We have seen how this affected her kids. We have seen how it separated Jason and Sam even with her on parole. We have seen him murder the assassin he hired to kill Andre and Franco because he changed his mind. We have seen how Anna’s attempt to give him the “benefit of the doubt” has devastated her life and in turn Finn and Violet. And we can see how all those people who have trusted him are going to be devastated when they learn the truth about him. Peter has a lot to answer for. He does not deserve anyone’s “benefit of the doubt,” because there is no doubt. And whatever anyone else on the show has done does not excuse Peter’s actions. And yes, he is worse because he hurts innocent people who have never done anything to him, but have become inconvenient. Hell, even Jason only kills people who have harmed or threatened him and Sonny. Never the innocents. Peter will never change. Anytime he feels threatened, he will revert to his old ways.
Cecil Pierre Oh please. There are a lot of villains on G H. What they do does not excuse what Peter as done. But is the old standby excuse for wrongdoing on GH, is “what about Sonny or Jason?” When did what they do excuse what someone else does? Peter has hurt a lot of people, including innocent ones and people he claims to love.And he is going to hurt a lot more. I He has gone to great lengths to cover up his crimes including murder. He list of victims and collateral damage is long. Think of how those people who have trusted him and given him the benefit of the doubt, are going to feel when they find out that he has not really changed after all. As soon as he felt threatened, he fell right back into his old ways. Anna, Maxie, Robin, Emma, just to name a few, are going to feel betrayed and devastated when they find out what Peter has done.
Cecil Pierre No, I don’t believe he would intentionally cause bodily harm to them, but they will be emotionally devastated when they find out all he has done. And they will find out. It is inevitable. He has already done things that will hurt them. He just couldn’t help himself. When he felt threatened, he used his old methods to deal with the threats.
