General Ogolla died while on duty in Elgeyo-Marakwet 

The untimely death of ten soldiers, among them Chief of Defence Forces General Francis Ogolla, has not only thrown the country into mourning but left many with questions over the root cause of the Thursday afternoon plane crash in the Kaben area of Elgeyo Marakwet county.
