I actually prefer these over regular type 3's almost is a hybrid of a type 2 and 3 based off the sound. Type 3's imo have a very abrupt and short ring.

Does it mean this Railroad Crossing GE Type 3s are used for Metrolink? It may have some electrifications just like Caltrain. It uses GE Type 1 and WCH E-Bells for Caltrain.

Only one is mine lol, bought them in bulk so it’s cheaper (being split between 4 people)

3 are mine. I imported them direct from GSI in Indiana. Wasn’t cheap, but combined postage made it worthwhile bulk buying.

Well IMHO I think the name GSI type 3.5 is much better than the GSI type 4 in my say because there's only a minor difference or two between the type 3.5 and the actuall type 3!! But if I can say what kind of minor difference there is between those two according to the new type 3.5 E-bell soundwise well all I can say about it is that for one it's kinda sorta got an echoey warble like sound to its ringing and second of all it seems to have kind of a bit of a piercing sound to compared to the actual type 3 e-bell itself!!
