I have removed the front sway bar a few times and wanted to try out removing front and back to see how it rides and drives. Bolted up some 32 inch STI out and back max tires for a mud ride.
Have fun in the different terrain, I got a dragy now if you want a way to verify/quantify changes. I don’t think I live too far from you I’m in the Appleton neenah area
I just got it but so far seems like it could be a great tool for diy performance comparisons. Clutching, tunes, effects different tires have. You can measure time to certain distances or time to specific speeds. I have an x3 I have only ran it a couple times as I just got the dragy Monday but I’m interested to see the difference from the 28” big horns on factory wheels to the30” terrabites on beadlock and on pavement vs dirt.
Are you able to switch tunes or is that something you have to send the ecu for? We could run your general with the enhancement against my x3 to see how they stack up. Them general with little tweaks seem to really outperform the sport utility category
I’m running the 30x10x14 10ply terrabites on beadlock wheels. I will weigh a stock front and rear setup and the terrabite setup. I’m sure I added 10lbs in each corner. I will also someday switch the tires back just to see how much that weight effects my 0-60 and 330’ times
On a bathroom scale my tires are on average 16.1lbs each heavier than the factory ones. 19lbs for front and 13.2lbs per rear. Any guess on how much it effects my performance
Your thumper fab front bumper..do you still have stock winch in stock location or did you move it into bumper? Still constipating winch relocation...thank you
