As a uk Electrician & seeing all the spiral twists in those wires when you put them in trunking its always advisable to pull the cable off the roll in the same way its been wrapped on & you’ll never get twists. I usually put the roll down in 1 corner of the room (round side down) & yank the end of the cable while walking to the other corner of the room & a smooth line of cable comes off the roll. Or even better with many cable rolls make a wooden stand to pull cable off. You’ll enjoy putting cables in the trunking next time. Try it once & you’ll remember this comment. Great video overall, liked.
Hi thank you I really like your video,I'm also loving doing electrical work n I'm working as and TA for also 2 years now.. I'm also going to connect a some thing as you showed on the video and really need some more headvice from you,if you would love to help me out...?!
thank you for the video .but have one question ? the ATS has house net and generator may i know how did u connect it ?or if can contact u personality ? thank you
I got similar setup, however my ATS which is although look similar, supports 3 phase generator as well and therefore has 4 terminals on the grid/generator/out connections. Any idea which terminals should be used for 1-phase generator. Also, how did you grounded the generator and ats box?
Thanks for this video. I love it. Can you please provide us with who the manufacturer is and the model # of the transfer box. Where to buy is also appreciate. Thanks
Very good your explanation, but what is very important for US to know is wiring diagram for Ats and AMF... please send me the wiring diagram for Ats and AMF
What could be the possible causes of the genset failing to autostart(not even cranking the engine).I recently installed a similar genset with exact ATS but can't start automatically, the failure indicator continues to blink.
I have a hyundai inverter generator mod.65158, and ATS hyundai mod.65140. I installed the cables from the meter, to the ATS control unit things net input, I installed it to the 16 ampere socket of the generator, in the generator input, I left it empty, ats output , when I turn off the power the generator starts, when the power comes back it can't stop, what could it be, thanks
