I have just used your video to troubleshoot my genetor's inability to supply power. I found out it was the brush. I bought it for N600 and replaced it myself. I paid myself N3000 for a job well done .. lol . Thank to you bro. You have really helped saved me a lot of headache.

My voltmeter sometimes fluctuates. Stables at 220v, works for hours and deflects again. Back and forth until it stabilizes. What can you suggest I change

Possibly the field winding(rotor). Have you tried replacing the avr?

That means there's electric power in the generator. Check your connections, male and female plugs
