generator starts manually but not from the cabinet (mystery solved) 

mystery solved!
funny situation where a generator was starting fine manually but would only click if I attempted to start from the cabinet.
my battery was just at that point where it couldn't start once the auto start controller was powered but doing a manual start would work fine.
