Generic Annotation Family with Visibility Parameter Controls

Hi, is there a way to add the subcategory to the Label Text? How can I make it disappear sometimes? If I need to have one model but in a Sheet I need to show the text but in the next Sheet I need to hide it?

So this does not work in Revit 2019, 2020 or 2021 - the visible option to associate a parameter is greyed out and does nothing. Any ideas?
