Pastor Paul, thank you so much for stopping and explaining to people that if they have fallen that does not mean they lost their salvation. I struggled with this most of my life. I accepted Christ fully at age 9. By age 13 I got into alcohol, drugs, teen pregnancy and a teen marriage. I wrestled with knowing if I was ever really saved. Thankfully, through much prayer and the study of Gods Word I realized I was saved. I thank God so much for showing me and ask for His help daily. I am just so happy you focused on this for a moment. God bless you as you continue to share His Word and His Truth.

@47 min he asks if we've ever done something to work out our own deliverance, 💯 yes. I can see now my marriage was me working in my own strength and working out my own deliverance in regard to sin in my life I was trying to escape. It failed rather quickly, however I have a son now because of that marriage and the process of the failure has helped me with my faith in God. Romans 8:28 right?? He knew I'd fail, He let me and now my faith is stronger and my life has been blessed even though the world may judge me as a failure, I have been blessed exceedingly.

I'm a huge wrestling fan so I like to picture Jacob trying to put Jesus in the sharpshooter, but then Jesus dislocates his hip so Jacob goes for the figure four instead and eventhough he is in pain, Jesus purposefully taps out. Also I low-key hope they have a rematch when we get to Heaven. That would be so cool to watch!

Hello Pastor Paul. This message has enlightened me, God surely made me want to hear this because he sees and knows that I have been doubting my spiritual growth and my salvation. I just want to voice this question though, if I don't have the courage, the boldness and being awkward in doing soul winning, does this means I might not be truly saved? Because our Pastor, would always challenge us to do soul winning and this has stressed me a lot. He would always say this statement "If one cannot win souls to the Lord, We should ask ourselves "If we are truly saved"... Sometimes, I am embarrassed to go the service, since I don't have any invites and haven't won any souls to God. Please enlightened even more in this aspect. Thank you so much.

Then how do i differentiate between waiting on God without being idle and working out our own deliverance?

Am I working a deliverance of my own by trying to start a business?? I have an entrepreneurial spirit. I teach myself business/investing/finances but I know that my purpose is to provide for the less fortunate and my family. I cant understand or see God wanting me to sit around all day. How will he bless me financially if I give no revenue for the blessing to come through?
