Here is a few tips to note. 1. The rope drop at busch gardens is similar to disney so if you want to get access to cheetah hunt or iron gwazi immediately with a very small wait then be there for rope drop. 2. Even if the park opens early it is not actually fully open. The park tends to open in phases. Phase 1 is the gift shop area. The second phase is egypt, sesame street, and stanleyville. The final phase is the rest of the park. While they do from time to time open the entire park on some days there is a good chance they may only open the park in phases. 3. If you are not interested in coasters the gorrilla and chimp area opens at the same time as does the jambo juntion so if you are looking to see animals without a lot of crowds around you then this is a good time to do it. 4. The animal care center from time to time does random animal checkups as well as surgeries on various animals. If you are interested in the veterinarian side of busch gardens this is worth checking out. If not its a very nicely air conditioned place so if you are getting overheated early its a good quiet place to cool down. 5. If you are interested in getting a lot of great lorikeet photos then get the feeding done early in the day as many of them are eager for attention when you first get in. Some may even pay attention to you even if you do not have food for them. 6. Many food establishments open at different times with some opening closer to noon while some are only open on select days based on crowd attendance projections. 7. The train is best visited early in the morning as many animals are surprisingly frisky in the morning but over time become more sedinatary as it warms up so riding the train can give you better views. 8. The water splash at sheikra is the fastest way to get soaked. Where you stand can also determine whether you get soaked or just misted. 9. The sky buckets always open later in the day compared to most of the rides. If it is a very windy day though then they will not open until the wind dies down. 10. Make sure you keep an eye on the app for when the feeding times are for certain animals. Many animals are very entertaining to watch during feeding time. Some animals also have special animal enrichment sessions where they may receive a treat or training. Watching a cheetah actually chase something is fun to watch. 11. Jungala sadly is permenently closed so if your kids have plans to do stuff there then sadly the only thing you can see there is the tigers. 12. Remember that there are cameras in a lot of sections of the park so try to be on your best behavior as they can see a lot more than people realize. On the same not don't be afraid to let the staff walking about know about any issues you may see. Many of them are surprisingly helpful if it is an important issue. 13. The rain is actually a fun time in the park for many animals. Some will be a lot more energetic. Some like the tigers will get annoyed and try to hide from the rain. Some may just move to certain areas which coincidentally can provide you with some close up views you may not get on a sunny day. 14. The Chickfilet prices in the park are a lot higher in the park than they are outside the park. If you really want chickfilet there is one on fowler which is just a bit further down the street from busch gardens. 15. Don't forget about the hand stamps. Busch Gardens has a lot of food options but some times they just may not be what you want. If you decide to leave be sure to get your hand stamped and have your tickets ready so you can reenter the park. 16. The animal tour prices are not set in stone. They vary wildly from month to month. Some can also be purchased online at cheaper rates than what you would pay in person in the park. If you do decide to do the tour then be sure to check in early in advance as many have special waiting areas that can be good to cool off prior to the tours. 17. If you are looking to purchase a tshirt or other merchandise then keep an eye out for discounted items during various times of the year. Many "year" merchandise can go up for sale pretty fast as the year end approaches. The closer it gets to new years the steeper the discount becomes. 18. If you plan to stay for the fireworks then make note that there are several places in the park to watch the fireworks so gwazi park is not the only place but if you are looking to see the additional effects and music then heading to the assigned viewing area will make the experience more enjoyable. 19. Xmas time at Busch Gardens is arguably one of the best value times to visit busch gardens. Howloscream is one of the worst times to visit busch gardens. The reason why is the parks will close surprisingly early during howloscream and stay open a lot later during xmas. If you are planning to spend a lovely evening at Busch Gardens then xmas time is the best to do it but if you are planning to have a full day and evening at busch gardens during howloscream then you may have to reconsider unless you have bought a ticket to enjoy howloscream. 20. One thing to note about busch gardens is that it is a park in a constant state of evolution. From year to year decade to decade this park changes significantly. If things are not working properly or are broken right now then it likely means that soon or later that area will evolve into something else. Busch Gardens is always evolving so there is always something new to see there so you never know what you may encounter from one visit to the next. I have done everything from beer factory tours to camel rides to simulators to feeding a hippo. The amount of different things you can see and do there is always changing so you never know what you might be able to do until you actually get there. You may just find something interesting to see and do that you didn't get to do the previous time.

@@AikenAdventures I have a whole seperate set of tips for animals, rides, events, and even discount shopping at Busch Gardens. I have debated about doing a youtube channel about it but some of these secrets I don't want to spill because too many people would start doing it thus making it harder to do. If you want any personal tips let me know.

Drove 12 hours to Busch Gardens to ride Scorpion after they announced its permanent closure on extremely short notice, and got rained out.

@GrampsWizarding Very cool! We really enjoyed the park. Our littles could have done the safari of fun all day long and they loved seeing the animals as well. We needed two days to capture everything, and we tend to hustle when we’re at theme parks because we’re working, so you could easily enjoy a few days there exploring.

Is there food options that are walking distance from the park, Like on the street E Busch? If so which ones 🤷🏻‍♂️ Thank You for the Video

Good question. I think that you could walk to E Busch Gardens Blvd from the front gate. We have never done it, but I think it is possible and there are a few fast food restaurants along there.

@@AikenAdventures My son and I will be out in Tampa for a week of fun at BG including a night at the Haunted Horror show, the Baltimore Ravens Vs Tampa Bay Buccs game and the Peso Pluma concert at the Amalie Arena along with a day at Clearwater Beach with a 2 hr Dolphins Watch tour.. We are also staying about a mile or so away from BG.. so the Food spots on E Busch would be Very convenient for He and I ☺️☺️ As you can probably tell As a Single Father I have been planning this trip for a a long while and these Videos help out a Ton!! I see on the web site for Busch Gardens it says the all day dining isn’t shareable. I can eat much and I’m going with my daughter. How would they know if you sharing?
@AikenAdventures
@AikenAdventures 6 месяцев назад
Not really sure, honestly. We just try to be honest in what we do, so we haven’t tried to explore ways to skirt the system.

Lmfao you can share with your daughter it’s okay, they won’t care.
@meperoxy
@meperoxy 3 месяца назад
What do you mean by dining plan not being share able?
@AikenAdventures
@AikenAdventures 3 месяца назад
It’s supposed to be one dining plan per person and they try to limit that by placing a wristband on each individual who purchases the plan.
