That is a great example. With my magic square though I can not find a solution. It is a 4x4 grid and in each of those 16 squares, the numbers 5-20 have to be inserted. If we look at it in the sense of ranging from A1 at the top left to D4 at the bottom right then a 12 is given at A3 and a 18 is at C1. With those 2 numbers given and the sum being 50 of all rows columns and the diagonals the riddle is supposed to be solved. Each number can only be used once. Does anyone have a way to tackle this problem?
