The nerf isn't even that bad, the DMG nerf was basically to stop a 3 shiruken headshot melee kill. Most of the time genji shoot dashes making a triple headshot melee kill not as important to genjis kit.

doomfist is unplayable but zbra reached rank 1 shouldn't really use the top tier players to base your nerfs and buffs around most players who are in gold below cant get value out of genji
