Genetik Mühendisi Sevgi Ünver konuşmasında genetik biliminin yeni öncüsü CRISPR çalışmalarını, popüler bilimin genetiğe ve biyoloji dallarına evrilişini anlatıyor.
She has completed her undergraduate and postgraduate at “Bogazici University” from the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics. Later on, she continued the PhD program at University of Delaware, USA. Afterwards, she returned Turkey and held a position in Pharmarcia/Pfizer as “Manager of Clinical Trials”. She worked as director and manager in many international medicine companies such as; “Pharmacia/Pfizer”, “Serono”, “Merck Serono”, “Merck/MSD” and “Montero” for 16 years. Then, she commenced doing Resarch&Development works on Genetics and Biotechnology by founding “Genomedis Biotechnology” in 2016. Besides, she had doctorate degree on Business Administration from Bilgi University. She is giving lectures at the universities for undergraduates and graduates as a guest lecturer. She has completed her undergraduate and postgraduate at “Boğaziçi University” from the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics. Later on, she continued the PhD program at University of Delaware, USA. Afterwards, she returned Turkey and held a position in Pharmarcia/Pfizer as “Manager of Clinical Trials”. She worked as director and manager in many international medicine companies such as; “Pharmacia/Pfizer”, “Sereno”, “Merck Sereno”, “MSD Medicine” and “Montero” for 16 years. Besides, she is currently on the stage of fulffilling her Business Doctorate Thesis at “Bilgi University”.
