I'm not entirely sure what kind of species Yae Miko (the character Summer seems to be using) belongs to but anyways, point being is that Venti doesn't like cats and I guess he mistook Yae Miko/Summer for being one.

There are two types of Itto in this situation 1, the one that has been showed. He's not really in the mood but doesn't want to be rude and ofc he's still being a himbo 2, the one when he hugs you while you sit on his lap.
