It pits players against players whereas, grnshin is relaxing and it requires good rpg knowledge which we indians sadly are unaware. We only know battle Royal genre even multiplayer fpp games are not played in India. We are really reluctant to try something new, which is very harmful for our gaming community.
@@Tyson.editz999 I played this game in S21fe and S23Ultra. Both have 8/256,12/512gb storage respectively. Game runs very smooth only problem is heating device heats up after 30minutes of gameplay.

As an Indian I absolutely love this game and I don't think I'll ever quit playing it. Although after seeing it's size which is increasing with every update it seems I'll be forced to quit it in mid journey. My phn has already lost 90GB from 128GB and it's putting burden on my mobile phone 🥹🥹🥹
Deleting past quest resources and language Audio, will reduce the size by 7-8 gb. Hoyo is also working on cloud version of genshin, so in future there will be no need to install the game.

I'm a genshin content creator and I agree with the points you mentioned. But the gacha point was not right. Genshin gacha is very simple, getting a single copy of the character would cost less than spending money for x-suit in PUBG. Plus the players can get at least 1 rare character every patch (42 days) without spending a single rupee. one of the set backs is Genshin is not much multiplayer focused. people enjoy competitive gameplay or playing with friends like PUBG and that's why they prefer similar games. maybe it will get popular lets see haha great video tho you covered major issues and everything.

I started playing genshin from first day now can't really play it daily but I always comeback for next story quest,area and characters. story is not that long if you enjoy it or else it gonna feel like drag to play tho I personally enjoy game story and characters I don't really play genshin for abyss or maxing everything anymore.

Best free game out there. The lore, graphics, music, tactics, team comps, characters everything is too good. Plus the gacha system has a guranteed reward everytime not like other games like bgmi and others
First of all the gacha system in Genshin is predictable... U get 5 star in 90 wishes for sure... Featured character can be obtained in 180 wishes for sure... 90 will have 50% chance for featured character ... And you can carry the amount of wishes to next banner aswell... It's ones of the best gacha systems

I am playing genshin Impact with more than 2 years and i never found it boring as it offers various story quest and main archin quest and events which are very good. I know that it requires a good phone for playing which most of people don't own.
As a genshin player i think the main reason is the performance issue you see my sd 860 also struggle to keep constant 60 fps in sub medium settings which is the also same case for diablo immortal but these days I've been seeing indian players too. Second reason might be .... , genshin is not very newbie friendly offcourse its not a hard game just little confusing for new players I also struggle in my initial days then there the storyline. Initial story was kinda boring but as the story progress story start to make more sense to intresting. Fontaine region story is just next level atleast for me. Anyways I'm final fantasy player so maybe anime aesthetic attract me. not the case for everyone. Note : sd 860 is not strongest but powerful enough to handle most android game so.
Bro , you don't need 60 fps for a small mobile screen. Play in 30 fps or 45 fps , it's enough for mobile . I'm playing in 30 fps on my one plus 7t pro (sd855plus) to save battery , i don't feel any problem in performance.

For me who is playing this for the last two month i absolutely love this game. The main reason for low popularity of genshin is a large chunk of gamers are basically kids which likes games ff,bgmi etc. The most common reason is that it takes like freaking 30 GB to download which is a lot in my opinion for mobile gamers. The only reason i was able to install it because of 5G free data😂. About the wish system you can have a very good account without even spending a single rupee because player only spend money to get primogems which is used to wish and you can obtain them by opening chest , completing mission . For example as an free fire player the game's account pretty much depends on the money you spend on it. Looks like i wrote too much😅
alright so let me tell y'all i have been playing this game for about 3 years or so first of all the game is pretty good but the straight up 3-4 dry patches makes it worse , the game lacks purpose as i have stated before , i have played this game for 3 years with all of my characters maxed out there is nothing else for me to do the only content mihoyoverse is putting out are the new characters [ "And remember charaters are not content, because not everyone has enough pulls to pull every single new character in the respective patch"] , Qol ( quality of life ) given to us by this game is probably the worst not to say recently because of the new game "WUWA" (wuthering waves) forcing them to finally listen to the fan base [fear of losing a majority if the audience) well not to yap a lot ill just sum it up the game didnt do what the players wanted hence at the end did do well here thats it

As an indian who has been playing since 2021 i have noticed back then indian players were very rare and nowadays they are somewhat common. Great to see this game getting the recognition it deserves.
Language barrier is a factor. It is not available in any Indian languages. Unlike shooter games like PUBG one need to understand dialogs in the Genshin to enjoy it fully.
People are put off by the gacha system cuz they have the wrong perception about the Genshin gacha system. Everyone thinks we need to buy game currency to get the character but its easier than they think. A 5 star is guaranteed at 90 wishes and the wishes are pretty easily farmable for F2Ps and even you don't pull on banners, the game story is clearable using the free characters which are given at the start. Only if you want to clear Spiral Abyss you need more characters but even than you don't need to be a whale to clear it. Careful planning and following the meta can do it easily for the F2Ps
the real reason is , In India there are millions of gamers , but majority of them are on mobile. Since genshin is almost 30gb on mobile, most of the people do not prefer to try it. Also because of pubg and free fire , people only get views on shooting games and streamers also stick to one game that gives them views. plus Other shooting games lets us play with our friends, thats one more reason...
Well I am Indian and I love this game and it's Storytelling + Lore depth. You don't necessarily have to spend money on this game, even I am a F2P(Free to Player) who has never spent a single Rupee in this game. You can just collect Primos (In game currency) and wait for your fav character banner and pull for it. This game has far the best system and UI for pulling on a character or Weapon then any other Gacha Game in Market.

I've played bgmi/pubg lot for many seasons then i tried genshin and got rid of the absurdly abusive community in bgmi/pubg and it was the better choice . Weirdos are everywhere and genshin too has it . But literally in my experience of 2 yrs of genshin , it turned out a better community then bgmi/pubg.

Exactly, this game has so much potential but ruined because the developer is a complete deaf. They make main character weak everytime they release new elements for them, this game encouraging you to pull many characters but obtaining ONE piece of suitable artifact for ONE character require around 6 months if you have average luck. The developer make so many satisfication surveys but none of players's feedback were ever listened, let alone considered. Those who being white knights of this game and praising this game as being the best game in the whole universe might be a newbie, an ignorant whale, or those who don't want this game to be a better game. Every new update makes it even more fun with the daily check-in system and daily commissions. If you somehow have every daily commission, world quests complete then you can hangout in your friend's server and help him/her out.
