I'm not sure if I'm alone here but I wish there was more wildlife. Sure we have boars, pigeons, fish and a few others but I'd love to see some more crazy wildlife. Like dragons flying about, sharks, maybe some bears, some pretty deer that have glowing antlers, just to throw a few ideas out there. A combination of real life and fictitious wildlife would make a awesome edition. Still love the game tho.

I'd love to build my characters by doing actual content, like quests or interesting dungeons or even exploring. Instead I'm trapped in never ending cycle of beating reincarnated Blender cubes to collect gems with horrendous drop rates. Like last month I got no Gemstones and only two Chunks, all the rest was Fragments and Slivers.

I actually like the repetition of having to do my daily's and use my resin everyday. But I also love randomly co oping and helping others. Exploring is fun! The events are fun too. I'd give it a 9/10

Also it’ll more fun to explore (even if you already finished your chests and stuffs) when we could unexpectedly meet the characters. Like when we go to Guyun Stone then we see Zhongli, it’s kinda like “omg I can’t believe I meet you here” type of scenario y’know. the game itself is 9/10 , the management of the game so far is 3/10. it could be 10/10 if the management was 7/10. i think a lot of people will agree with this statement.

7.5/10 for me, in early game you really enjoy the content this game offers! When you’re endgame you’re just grinding for your characters or doing commissions and that makes you burn out pretty quickly. The score are mostly from Music, Characters design(Appearance wise)Graphics and Early game enjoyment.

I really hate how miHoYo artificially extends game time. Everything is time-gated. Events, resin, even things like the Sacred Sakura. People will quit when they feel like they have nothing to do so miHoYo may as well rip the bandaid off by removing the resin system and not time-gating anything ever again (besides natural time gates). Also why remove events? People are more repulsed by fomo than encouraged to play so weapons and materials shouldn't be event exclusive. The whole storage argument falls flat when you realize that the game will naturally get larger when they add more regions.

Yeah I'm that casual player. It's been almost two months since I started playing so I still have a lot to explore in the game. And you're right about casual players not really having an issue with the game. But I can understand why the old players are not satisfied. This game wouldn't be what it is today without the players' support.

I have two suggestions for Genshin: 1. Farmable 5 star weapons and characters, that cannot be bought by whales and earned by all players. 2. A way to upgrade outdated characters and make them better with updated mechanics. Like Repair Cloth in Saint seiya awakening

As a casual player, I agree sometimes it felt like there was too much all going on at the same time I WISH limited banners weren't a thing like if you just left the character banners up all the time I would legit buy every character. I wish you could quest and do more in co-op and with the house they introduced a lot of minigames with the tower defense game and the mondstat fesi]tival games like you coulda left them in the game to some extent like the musical instrument game Idk t

I would like to have a button for artifact domains on the screen that just gives you the rewards for original/condensed resin. Like a quick clear button as long as you've cleared the domain at least once in solo mode. It would be so much better that way.

I would say it’s a 7/10 There should be something like a sensei like in Honkai impact for the endgame players which is that they could help newcomers with exploration , artifacts ,or mabye even teach the mechanics of the game itself , that would be nice

oml, yes! this video is very, no, extreme accurate. the resin cap is way too little. i pity the end game players and the fact that they had to make use of 120 resin.

i’d rate the game 6/10, maybe 5 if the patch is really dry (aka 2.2). i think mihoyo should just add more permanent content so late players have more stuff to enjoy and newer players won’t feel overwhelmed because it’s permanent so they can start it whenever they want. here’s some other ideas: 1) if they want to keep the epitomized path then hard pity on the weapon banner should be lowered to 40/50 so more f2p players will feel inclined to pay/save primos and whales will feel more inclined to refine the weapon. remove resin cost for weekly bosses, it’s already gated anyways and talent materials are difficult to farm so it would be nice if the resin price tag was removed 2) add a transcient fragile resin to the daily commission rewards (the one that expires after a week and a half) i thought of this idea where tears of themis is extremely generous with their stamina refreshes since they expire. adding resin refreshes with expiration dates will prevent hoarding and it gives players the choice to a) use it the same day so they can have 5 condensed resin or b) save it up after a week to grind on a specific day like sunday 3) more character optimization, start fixing/buffing older characters and add more characters that scale off of stats other than atk. there doesnt need more dps, they can add supports like bennett except instead of atk buffing, they can do elemental dmg buffing, increased elemental resistance, or decreasing enemies resistance, attack, elemental dmg, etc. to add more variety and optimization as a way to encourage people to try new team comps / more diversity in building characters. 4) going back to stat scaling, they can even do obscure things like with kokomi. they could’ve made it that her lack of crit rate is made up of multipliers based on healing bonus. meaning that instead of crit dmg or crit rate players would want healing bonus as replacing the crit rate/crit dmg. it would add something new and less stressful/bland to the old crit rate/crit dmg 5) guild system - allow people to form guilds as as way to make friends and events that cater to co-op. vagabond was extremely challenging yet fun for my friends and i. come up with games/dungeons/puzzles that either required cooperation or competition among players. maybe a special teapot system for the guild specifically players can share and build/move furniture around. 6) character bonding, kind of similar to the tea party function in fire emblem three houses: allow you as the traveler to invite one character per week to have a picnic or something similar to interact with the character (maybe learn more lore through them) and in exchange you can increase your companionship level or they can gift you items specialized towards the character you invite. that’s really all the ideas i have other than simple stuff like QoL changes, cosmetics, roadmaps, schedules for banners, etc. this doesn’t all need to happen in one patch, if they at least showed some kind of progress of buffing/fixing characters or adding more endgame content then it would encourage older and newer plays to stay for new content & create hype and discussion. i know they’re a company, and i know all they care about is making money. but even as a greedy person it is beneficial for both sides to listen and implement the feedback from the community.

Honestly I’ve spent a bit of cash on this game (~600 USD) and I would rate it like a 5/10. It’s a fun game but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a good game. There are a lot of things that I like that wouldn’t be considered “good.” I spend money on it cause I find the characters, world, and certain events (windtrace come back my beloved) fun. Things like music are just a cherry on top, But, from an objective standpoint, it’s not a good game at all. It’s a fun game, for sure. I like seeing big numbers that makes my monkey brain happy. I like running around the world just fighting random mobs. I like turning off my brain to play the story. But there are *many* other games that do mechanics much better. Story? Persona 5 and The Last of Us are amazing. I’ve spent over 800 hours in P5 and P5R. The Last of Us has some of the best character writing and relationship building I’ve ever seen. Open World? BOTW excels in that department (I love both games, but in strictly open world and creativity, BOTW is amazing). I’ll never get tired of the freedom I have in Hyrule. Combat? Ghost of Tsushima has a really nice parry system for me. It doesn’t feel like I’m randomly pressing a button and praying that it counts as a parry. Another note is that like mentioned here, even though I’m mostly a casual who just likes pulling for characters and occasionally doing some things, it’s so hard for me to sit down and justify playing Genshin. There’s no actual good reason, in my head at least. I can play games like Ghost or League for hours on end and enjoy it (well, league is arguable) but playing Genshin feels like a serious chore now. When I do log on and play, I feel so bored. I’m mostly just playing for characters at this point, in all honestly. TL;DR is basically that Genshin is a really fun game but by many standpoints it isn’t a good game.

Genshin is the longest game I've committed to. Usually, I only play a game for maximum 1 month that's all. I honestly don't know what draw me the most to the game, probably because all my friends play it and they're really nice and accommodating to me 😕

8/10 i sorta don't find it fair that.. let's say if you rlly want a 5 star and you love their burst, skill, and design. But sadly you can't get them because they're OFF BANNER , like it's such a shame i rlly wanted eula, hu tao, childe etc.. and when you have to hop across the continent just so you can take down some hilichurl towers or kill like 4~5 towers- And they rlly could add a bit more animals like u would ATLEAST expect wolves in wolvendom however u spell it- And it could be really smart if you can switch through banners with your fav chars and it would be very efficient and up my score fs! but apart from that the game is like the best. Edit: i don't mean to sound spoiled or ungrateful it's just my opinion.

🌸❤️I would say that as one who does not believe in perfection, Genshin Impact is a solid 9.0, but when one considers its management and utter disregard for its player base’s concerns, I would rate it 7.5 to 8❤️🌸

I would rate as a 8/10. The game is pretty nice and MOST of the team behind Genshin is pretty nice, but the management team is really bad. The anniversary's in-game gifts are just a proof of this. But I am still thankful for the game, it is one of the few games that I actually play a lot and it really helps me to feel less stressed.

I love genshin because it is magical and a great escape, the exploration feels free and enjoyable, the story is captivating, the world is expansive and beautiful, and the characters are deep and interconnected. I don’t like genshin because it is time consuming, purposefully addicting, and feels more like a chore than a game sometimes. When I downloaded the game I made myself promise not to do anything if I wasn’t enjoying it and to not get too attached, to avoid becoming addicted. I still play almost everyday, but I don’t do any farming or dailies that I just don’t feel like doing, so I still enjoy the game and would absolutely rate it 10/10.

I agree with the point about wanting new players to be able to revisit past events. I missed the Scaramouche introduction, and upon finally meeting him in Inazuma, I feel my enjoyment of him as an antagonist would be a lot better if I got to see more of him beforehand, instead of the short moment we got. Also events like the Windblume Festival, Golden Apple Archipelago, and Moonchase Festival had interesting story stuff in them, and it sucks that new players won’t get to experience that for themselves.

If someone came in and randomly asked me this, I would probably rate it a 6 maybe? The story is good. At least in the really beginning of the game. It’s sort of falling off now. The thing I really hate? The leveling system. I want to be able to play a character and level them passively too. It feels so pointless to kil all the daily bosses for loot when your character gets essentially nothing in return. Plus, it would make the books a lot better too because you can save them for characters you really want to build. The design of the game is great. I like the characters and the combat isn’t bad either. The world itself is pretty and scaling isn’t tooooo bad. Anyways if you read this thank you I just needed to get that off my chest lol

as a casual player and played for only 2 to 3hrs a day, I say your spot on the money on what you said on how casual players play in my opinion. For me to make this game 10/10 would be to, ability to straight up exchange primos for characters, remove resin, feature that allows you to combine artifacts and trade sub stats with each artifact.

i was still playing after the anniversary rewards were first announced and i'd rate it 5/20 as well pros: - cool characters - unique story concepts - character designs and world designs are amazing - I actually like farming for materials - there is a lot to do cons: - controls are ass on mobile and I have Android so it doesn't have controller support - there are a lot of repeating characterizations - I think it is just a tiny bit too difficult to collect primos. i like that it isn't easy as it makes getting a character more worth it but sometimes it's really frustrating - some enemies are really difficult for no reason and when it's for a quest or mission, the rewards are hardly worth the effort

I’d rate this game a 8. It’s a really great game and graphics/characters/soundtracks are very nice but I think they could’ve made some quest puzzles and some quests in general less tedious and annoying

I would rate this game a solid 8 out of 10 . The only reason why it is 8 is because 4 star weapons and their refinements should be a little easier to get , and the refinement fuction can be further refined by adding all the 3 star weapons that you need to refine at the same time , instead of refining them one by one . On the weapon banner , a 4 star weapon should be guaranteed in like 5 pulls because there are so many weapons to collect! The only 4 star weapon (On AR55) that I have R2 of is The Stringless . I have like 3 sacrificial weapons and a Favonious Sword , Widsith and event 4 stars . The resin refill rate can be better
