Thanks for making the detailed video! Was just setting up the figurine and I was so worried that I was the only one with the 'arm problem' until I saw your video and the part on the critical flaw! I was quite impressed and enjoyed the experience, from the packaging to the unboxing and the setting up... up until the sword installation part. Quite a shame that it flopped on that part. Still a great fig, nevertheless!
I also got this version with the weird arm angle. Thought I was crazy because everyone else's figure looked normal. Not just that but mine's left pigtail refuses to stay in the hole. edit: And for the sword to point downwards, I positioned it to be held behind only her index finger (on top of middle and ring fingers) and have the blade resting on her right sleeve ruffle.
Thanks for the confirmation! So did you manage to settle the pigtail eventually? I didn't bother with getting the sword to point down already, she still looks nice with the different position.
i just got mine recently and it's the exact same version,,, plus the left pigtail has a little visible scratch. I'm so sad because i love the figure but it was so pricey including shipping and customs for my country (in the EU)....
Hey, if you turn the sword horizontally around its axis, the sword fits in her hand better, but it means to ignore the haul for finger, but sword is not blocking her face anymore and the angle is better🔩🪛🔨⚙
Its not a flaw, you just didnt put the sword properly. My fig looks the same with the promotional vid/pic. On keqings finger youll see a tiny bump that will fit directly on the small hole on the sword
Er, that's the bump I mentioned and yes I did put it there to hold and it's clearly not the same as promo pic. Now the question is whether your release and my release is the same because my unit here clearly isn't having the same arm angle as in promo pic.
i paid 180 CAD on figurine, 80 CAD on shipping, 35 CAD on import fee..........295 CAD on total. why im pissed ? there is one that cost 80 CAD on ALIEXPRESS that look exactly like the orignal. sigh. and that one flaw which the sword point upward is an extreme turn off for me . -7 out of 10.
