Oh my gosh - the Mondstadt arc feels like a distant memory - it's so good to see some of its story-line again ^^ This is so gosh dang good and beautiful - loved it!! 💚
Tbh, the only nation where the main traveller kind of deserved what happened was only Mondstadt. It is also one of the only nations that would survive if we didn't show up. Liyue? Osial. Zhongli would return, but by that time there would be more losses than just the Jade Chamber. Someone would die for sure. Inazuma? Fatui, most people are dead or a shell of their past selves, because of getting robbed of their visions Sumeru? Do I have to say why? Scara would replace Nahida, and the rest is obvious (I will ignore Fontaine for now, but I think everyone understands what I am talking about-) While in Mondstadt, Venti had the whole situation under control, he had a plan. Yet we showed up, did the anemo thingy, and interrupted Venti from helping Dvalin. During the whole Archon Quest, he didn't let us forget that it was our fault- I have a feeling that he made us help him just out of simple "revenge" And while the rest nations have wars and battles, Mond is partying every single time. Venti is truly one of the best Archons. Although it is weird to see that only Venti tried to do his responsibilities, while he is called the laziest archon-
Yeah Venti and mondstat are underrated and people don’t fully get what happened. Sure traveler did it by mistake but they still cause the event to push on longer then needed so makes sense Venti test them and make them mostly fix it
Let’s not forget that this was also Traveler’s first time gaining an element, he had NO idea what the heck it was, where it came from, how to use it, or why it reacted- it’s NOT the Travelers fault, he had literally been asleep for 500 years and woke up somewhere mysterious- completely clueless of what the place was. Venti *knew* this. They’d never met The Traveler in their life, obviously he isn’t going to know any better.
