I think they're definitely way older than that because according to ps4 exclusive gear lore they've seen the birth and death of the stars. Meaning they're probably billions of years old. And they've also traveled multiple worlds.
Lol the fact that considering that they are not the height of small kids, we should include that as well as the other times they must've gone to other worlds so they could even be around Venti's age or even older- maybe even older than Zhongli! What if… all the other worlds traveller well, travelled, all had different times, like, in Teyvat, lets say a day is 24 hours. But in some other world, a day is only 12 hours. So traveller’s age would be really hard to calculate-
Now that I think about it Lumine and aether are not 500 + years old Because that's is the only time we have seen them in tayvat but what about other worlds? Technically Lumine and aether is older than zhongli himself (That is if we count the other world and not just tayvat alone)

(Name wise I mean, since you used both Ei and Baal for the character name)

Well it's possible i mean- they've witnessed the destruction of (probably) khanrei'ah and that was 500 years ago. So they're definitely not your average mortal. Plus, 500 years ago. If they're just 500 years old that means they were babies when they witnessed that, but no, they were already grown up.
