scaramouche's story is a truly unique concept not a copy pasted. but why do i feel there should be some legends in real world like this or in other games?

Arlecchino is quite the high tier of the verse. In terms of attack potency, she’s at the island level ranges of power. Sure the traveler did need a vision buff to defeat Raiden Shogun/Ei. However he’s still around island level because of the fact that he can fight and damage Shouki no Kami. Nahida states that Shouki is on the level of a true “God.” Which would make it relavtive to Raiden Shogun’s feat of cutting an entire island in half. Arlecchino fights a Fontaine Traveller who was backed up by Lyney, Lynette, and Ferminet. And yet a casual Arlecchino stomped all of them at the same time. She didn’t even go all out as stated by Lyney after the battle. “Had father gone all out during the duel, there’s no way I would’ve walked away with my life.” Which would mean a going all out Arlecchino is more powerful than the previously mentioned traveler who’s on par with Shouki no Kami, A God level character.

This is basically good Scaramouche vs bad Scaramouche bruh

There is not childe vs childe..but scara vs scara And. Shogun vs shogun(one is EI and the other is shogun)
