I love these sounders! I have 2 C3 sounder beacons and it's amazing. My primary school used to have these but they were S3 the addressable ones. They just done the sound evac. However, they only done voice evac one in my 6 years there. Great video!
Yeah thats why i thought id do it while i had the chance as i may have to send this C3 back to the seller soon to have it replaced with the strobe version as i was sent the wrong one.
Nice I like the C3 sounders I have a voice one it used to be broken and do the standard 32 tones but for some reason a couple of months ago it started to to voice
@@JmFireAlarms na it wasn't that I tryed switching every switch when I found out I wasn't doing voice on the night it suddenly started I was powering it up with a battery then it wouldn't turn on then suddenly it turned on went really glitch then went through the bell tone going down in pitch in for about 6 seconds then it went through all the voice messages again going down in pitch for about 6 seconds the it stopped then it worked like it always had voice. Realy weird
People are talking about nuclear energy being the best source of energy, so if Gent were to have a voice message for nuclear meltdowns, I personally think the tone at 1:24 should be used becayse it personally sounds like a good tone to use for nuclear meltdown warnings.
I know this video was made a while back but ey anyways by any chance does that sounder have the gent bell tone because i might get one and that is my favourite tone thanks!
@@hmsirensandfirealarms S-Quads are only capable of making 2 sounds. A high tone and a low tone. In either normal or 'rich' types. It uses those sounds for alternating, continuous, and intermittent tones. And of course the voice tones are on the voice ones which are just audio samples that the vig tells it to play.
