That was great! It went by so quickly it didn’t even seem longer. Love the relaxation at the end - it was the part I always loved when I went to an in-person class. I really liked that the music was a bit different in the second half too. Thank you Tina for all the time and effort you put into your classes. Thank you also for just getting on with it - I’ve watched other RU-vid classes and there is often way too much talking and not enough doing xox

Love this longer video! I started with the 10 minute ones to get motivated, combining 10 minutes of standing with 10 minutes of the sitting videos. Now I am hooked on doing 45 minutes to an hour 😊

I really love the longer class. There were poses I had not done before (sphinx and lotus?) that I really enjoyed and look forward to more. I love your waffling as I have said before. Your conscientiousness, humor and positive approach are so appreciated! I cannot go to bed at night if I haven’t done Yoga with you. Sometimes I can just get a couple of stretches in the morning and then do a video with you at the end of the day. Definitely has improved all aspects of my life. ❤😊

I completed this video yesterday for the second time. I love all the shorter videos and wasn’t sure about doing a 52 minute one but the time just flies by and I feel the stretches from head to toe and look forward to the relaxation at the end. Thank you once again for sharing your love of Yoga.

I did not think I’d stay with this for the entire 52 minutes, but once I started, I could not stop. This was everything and the relaxation at the end, was a perfect finish. I feel so good. Thank you. Namaste 🙏🏻.
