Look, this is just sleep aid. this is not a substitute for therapy. go to a doctor if you have emotional problems... whatever you do... life is not guaranteed to get better...that is absolute nonsense. life sucks, life is hard. go to a doctor. don't listen to muppets like this guy who spout nothing isms on the internet. This is a person who more than likely doesn't have any awareness of their own issues...so they offer advice to projections of their own selves. I struggled with sh and when my therapist suggested I sleep w/ white noise I was like “b** wtf?” But now I am 157 days clean and I’m super proud of myself, and flabbergasted at the fact that a thing that used to make me overstimulated is now helping me. Thank you ❤

@@htx_paradox5784 i believe it's likely not the light that helps you sleep but the white noise of the TV. Having a sound drown out unexpected sounds DOES help for deeper sleep!! :)There is white noise, pink noise, grey and brown noise! But any sound like rain, or a tv, would serve a similar purpose!

I also suffer from PTSD & Anxiety 😕 Thankfully mine isn't from Serving in the Forces 🙏 It is however a Debilitating Disorder that's Challenging to Live with 🤷‍♀️ I have also found that having a pet 🐩🐈‍⬛ to curl up with has also helped me Immensely❣I've had many Family members that Served in the Forces over the years, one Uncle inparticular that took shrapnel to the head and Suffered with a life-long brain injury and all that goes along with that 🤕 I want to Thank-you for your Bravery and your Service & Thank God U made it back Home ☮

If you still have issues with PTSD, you might try EFT tapping. It's free and easy. Not saying it's a substitute for therapy, but no harm in trying it. Find a video here on youtube that matches the subject, tap where the person taps and repeat the phrases. Repeat process as much as you want. Some people see fast results, some take longer. I worked in a chiropractic clinic a few years back and one of our patients was a former chiropractor who decided to help veterans suffering from PTSD by guiding them with EFT tapping. He said guided works better, but free is better than nothing if you're not going to look for someone who will customize tapping sessions for you personally. Up to you, of course. And you may not even see this, since your comment was 2 years ago.

I just discovered this, and it really has helped me to get back to sleep and to find some calm too. I was absolutely desperate - as my partner recently died alone unexpectedly and it's been haunting me every night tbh - and when I wake up having panic attacks during the night or early morning, I've been putting this on and it has enabled me to actually get back to sleep. I'm so sorry for your loss. My mom died unexpectedly 2 months ago from a preventable health cause that was undetected. I have trouble sleeping and wake up after a few hours panicked, with ruminating thoughts, and dry heaving. It's thankfully starting to lessen. I pray for peace to return to you and for the bad memories to heal, and for the good memories to bring you joy and push you forward. And may you get beautiful rest 🙌🌷✨️

Thank you for not having ads. Sincerely. It’s always so annoying when trying to lay down and sleep and hearing loud intros or people talking in the ads. This is peaceful from start to finish, no ads to wake you up in the middle. Been using this for a year now and it helps even when medicine can’t. (And I don’t wake up groggy!)

Ive very bad anxiety I'm only 15 and I grew up to rain when I was little I would sleep in the rain and my parents be like what on earth are u doing and I told them it's like god is telling u ur u and ur special but he's showing it in something u love like the rain or rain noises thank u soo much this is soo handy i sleep to it every night xx
