This is a comp of Gentleman Ghost (James Craddock) because I want to share my love for him to other people so here it is
As you can tell by this video I am completely normal about him
Plus my bonus (terrible) sense of humor with my lazy editing in this, I apologize in advance for this
This is my first attempt at doing something like this that’s not just putting up captions
I put some references in there so have fun spotting where they’re from
Most scenes are from Batman the brave and the bold (the tv show and the Wii game) but the other one is from his one and only appearance on Justice League Unlimited (which is my favorite scene from this comp 🥰)
I’m still not over him being shaken up like a little chew toy, it has no right being that funny omg
Here’s a not so fun fact abt him! Craddock cannot pass onto the afterlife until his killers (Nighthawk and Cinnamon) die but since they both cannot permanently die (they’ll just get resurrected again, when they do) Craddock can NEVER truly stop being a ghost even if he wanted to, he can’t :(

James Gunn must include Gentleman Ghost in the DCU. He is an underrated Batman that needs to appear in a film. Rupert Friend is the perfect actor to be cast.

There's also an episode where batman fights with Abraham Lincoln to defeat a cyborg John Wilkes Booth so, not much to question with this show.

Part of me wishes this show wasn't as episodic as it was so that certain plot lines wouldn't feel as rushed, especially with equinox. Imagine gentleman ghost devoted his undeath to ruining batmans life to the point of revealing his identity to the world

A:"Batman has enough vengeful rogues already. B:"the episodic approach worked to not only perserve fun, but introduce Many different heroes. Unlike today, where Batman gets special treatment from d.c., when this show came out, while he was over exposed, creatives could go wild. This show is essentially using batman's name as a selling point while introducing obscure heroes and villains, even the soundtrack with it's heavy emphasis on jazz is not just to emulate the times in wich these comics came out around, but to help ease the transition between basic superhero stuff, and the more whacky ideas, events and tropes(this show has Batman talking about skiing ninjas with lasers with a straight face).
