well your 60 and Geoff is 42 so you have quite a lot of years more of experience but Geoff also has a fantastic upper range giving him like a 5 and a half octave range.

You're correct, it is a crack. But it's a 2nd subharmonic crack.

I just compare it to a piano and I put whichever note sounds the same into the video (As well as the appropiate octave.) I sadly don't have perfect pitch. And thanks for the kind words! 😊

Pretty sure that was deconfirmed.

​@@giogmusic5726It was post production, in reality. Both Geoff and Layne confirmed it in a livestream, whereas Geoff's lowest subharmonic note was an E1. So A0 and B0 were edited (post production) and accomplished by Geoff's chest notes making it A1 and B1.

But low notes produced this technic sounds much more clear than growls

Lyrics sound a lot better in subs than growl, and subs are also a lot more agile.

I’d argue @ 7:10 that C#1 hit DIFFERENT! And with a different technique it wouldn’t have been as “impactful” to that style of song
