In this GIS lab, your goal is to create two maps displaying median household income data: One for Orange County, California and one for the entire United States. You will search for and download census data and GIS boundary files from the US Census Bureau, format tabular census data for use in GIS, join tabular and spatial data, symbolize features using census-derived attributes, and create two map layouts. Finally, you will answer five questions about the visual distribution of median household incomes in Orange County and the United States.

Not your student, but great job explaining how to get this done. I do this analysis on a yearly basis and since American FindFinder is gone, I had a hard time last year (March 2020) getting this done. Thanks to you, I'll get it done faster and better this year. Cheers to you and Geography!
