Psychologists often debate whether auditory memory is more effectively retained than visual memory, but I think Eddie has proven that gustatory (taste) memory is superior.
Brett: "I know this one. I worked here for two years in this exact concert hall. Wait, did I?" LMAO. Even I knew it was the Sydney Opera House and I've never been there, but Brett remembers because of the Tube Lights. He's just adorable.
14:28 A fellow goes to New York to attend a concert, but gets lost. He spots another fellow who’s carrying a violin case. “Sir, can you tell me how to get to Carnegie Hall?” The musician smiles and says, “Practice, practice, practice.”
I’ve actually sung there! We were an international choir. It’s very unionised and as we were not professionals, we weren’t allowed in when the junior choir was singing and we weren’t allowed anywhere except the room where we gathered, then escorted down on to the stage.
I guess if it were an actual sponsorship with money changing hands (even if only in the books) from TSA to TSV, there should be some note like "includes paid promotion" on the video. But it looks like it's sponsored only in the sense that some (most?) of their income stream comes from TSA.
Brett at 15:16 and also me trying to answer questions on my exam: “I think it’s in Austria, but I might be terribly wrong...” The kid next to me that studied 40 hours: 12. The answer’s 12.
I’m alright, thanks for asking@@MissTwoSetEncyclopedia :) Unfortunately I am still trapped in Davie 504’s bassment although I have staged many fruitless uprisings against Davie and his army of sacrilegious basses. However, things seem to be turning around, as you may have heard, Brett and Eddy are looking for a new editor after Editor San recently escaped her own basement prison and with her help I hope to get out this month! Until then I will bide my time, stay in Haydn, and plot my grand return to the Twoset community. Wish me luck!
@@violinchan7353 Yes, even if I don't have the details, I've heard of Editor-san's recent escape. I really hope that you'll be able to do the same very soon to finally be free from the Bass Gang ! Aren't you disappointed that Brett and Eddy haven't come to your rescue, though ? I understand that the pandemic prevents them from travelling, but you must have waited for them anyway...
Okay, does anyone else think it would be a really good idea for a video if the ballerina tried teaching Brett and Eddy part of the firebird?? Btw I love your videos:)
@@MissTwoSetEncyclopedia Eddy would be great at more modern dance styles, but I'm not so sure about either of them in ballet. I think some of the fans would explode to see them in tights though...
@@duonglinh6258 scratch that. about 15 hr ago.. they posted a story that they need a video editor 🙁 Hope editor san is safe (or escaped the basement ok)
I’ve sung (first soprano in a choir) at the Albert Hall. It’s amazing. However, it’s also a little confusing. I slipped off stage during a rehearsal to go to the toilet and couldn’t find the way back to my section. It was slightly alarming to pop up in the middle of the second basses! PS. This was a fun video to watch!
Hey guys, I have a suggestion: put the titles of the pieces you use for background music. First, because I think it's a good way to introduce famous cool pieces to a wide public and second, because more than once I caught myself thinking "ok, I definitely know this, but I can't remember which of Mozart's symphonies/movement is this"
They've never watched The Proms. It's an odd omission because it's one of the most distinctive concert halls. Also they didn't notice the area for the promenaders ... that should have been a clue?
I'm Norwegian, and haven't really seen a lot of video/pictures from Royal Albert Hall, but I feel like it's the most famous concert hall in the world right???? I said to myself that it probably was there immediately, while it didn't even cross their minds???
I really enjoyed this episode. It sort of felt like I was on a brief world tour with two of my favorite classical professional musicians as my host/guide. Just wonderful. Thank you, Brett & Eddy. Take care and stay encouraged. (Smile)
How nice is it to actually see the places where they have been, especially the concert halls. 🤗 And I'm high key simping for Brett in this video 🙈 He's glowing in the Firebird sweater!
I almost shouted (in a good meaning) when he mentioned about it. I traveled 台湾 several times and 高雄 is one of my favorite places😊 (I'm Japanese). So, the recent train crash was so heartbreaking😢.
