9:24 We call it the new housing standard. Where the window is not wide enough for one person Enter . Who tried to steal TV / AC . So even if Thief break into the house It will be difficult to get Goods out through the window.

Very cool but maybe duels require too much concentration to have someone talking over you? I think it would be cooler to do only single player games or even friendly duels against him and after he can explain his choices etc, that would be super fun

26:41 here you can see the blue sign with white on the right end. That is a regional Christchurch sign (source: Plonkit) I hope it helps.

Nice to hear teacher and student. But I wouldn’t play Duels while hiring this teacher; you want him to learn you new things and the time pressure messes with that. Just a thought. Good luck with the grind Popo 😊
