In this video, I'll show you How to Make Geometric Halftone Pattern in Adobe Illustrator.
Hello guys, for this tutorial I wanna share with you a simple method to create geometric halftone pattern in illustrator.
I make this tutorial because I found some geometric halftone patterns in Pinterest when I searching about HALFTONE, but I didn't find a specific tutorial on how to make it in Illustrator. so I tried to make it in illustrator, and this is the result.
This tutorial uses a lot of the Blend tool and also the Transform effect, so I hope you can understand it easily.

my patterns are coming out from center why? i am using pixels instead of points.

Same. My two rows of squares meet at the center of the guild square.

Reflect one row either one on top or bottom and then use the blend.

Kisan Bhat is rigth, just replect (vertical) one row on top or bottom. Or you can try method II in the video.

Same - reflecting the top row vertically, as suggested, then blending, worked.

Shout out to Camstasia Studio! Tip for anyone: 1. You can press tab when setting a size with preview checked, to avoid pressing preview off/on to take effect. 2. Since smart guides are on, you can just hold ALT + move your object, rather than using the transform box. That's what i would have done. Not saying it better. Thanks for sharing, this is a great skill for making sexy patterns.
