Yeah, great stuff we got. But sadly, pretty much everything that shown here is what we already knew from RobTop's streams and Discord messages. Still, I like it.
differences from release version: 0:02 weaker visual effect 0:13 no coin + last block is yellow (meaning that coins probably werent added at the time) 0:11 different block pattern 0:17 portals texture is same as spider 0:27 ball part originally was upwards 1:08 different coin texture + no text saying the sewers. if there's any more differences please let me know in replys and ill add it
FINALLY, 4 years ... 4 YEARS in which an entire community was waiting for something that WAS, it's incredible, there are no words, but the excitement and hype are high.
I love how the last box of the section where you need to jump to hit boxes is required, but now in the official level of your hit the last box that is now a skull, you get a coin.

@@GDBestREAL other updates have had as much content as this one I'm sure, this is probably barely historic for the geometry dash world, people just favor it because it's been a while
@@Bagel_Le_Stinky Oh no. If you think this update is just as big as the previous updates, you are mistaken. This update has so much content. So many more gauntlets. Icons. 2 or 3 new main levels. More chests to unlock. More vaults. More shards. Platformer mode. So many other things. It's a big update
This is probably the only game in the world that didn't got updated in the last 4 years and still has a solid community. Very happy with the sneak peak, thanks rob.
The Swing portal is still purple. On a serious note though, this update will form a whole new group of players, especially with the Platformer mode. I'm super stoked to make puzzles in this mode.
This level and its music seemed so epic, my dream was to beat this on the very first attempt, i'm so happy i was able to do it 😄 Welcome 2.2 and a huge new era for Geometry Dash!

If people are recting like this for the sneakpeek, then I don't wanna imagine how it's gonna be like when the actual update comes out... Geometry Dash is yet to make more history
Even if i have only been in this comunity for 2 years its unbelievable to see this happening, it feels like i was part of the 4.5 years of waiting. The hype is unbelievable, is like a dream.
this genuinely looks insane, huge step up from Rob's other levels, I can tell this took a lot of work. It's cool seeing how his style of creating is affected by community levels as well

@@BadUsernameKing Well for me English was easier to learn hah. Maybe that is because I have ADD and I switched medicine during the period I had Spanish class, my grades instantly dropped.
Yeah, in the sneak peek it goes up. But in the actual level they go to the left. Also the swing portal is a different color. In the sneak peek it's purple like the ship, but in the actual game it's yellow.
