Another of those little films about the kings of Country music. This time, it's George Jones! Check out my playlists for a great film on Hank Williams. corporalhenshaw bringing you the best in country, soul, gospel, jazz and blues.
I knew George Jones he never hid his from the trouble he cases him self. Every singer consider him the greatest singers of all. Time.he also never thought he was the best his was a humble man. There are a lot of singers that can be impersonate but George Jones was and never will be
One of the best country singers ever. No one will ever be like George. I could listen to all his songs over & over again. I'm sure if he was still around, he'd still be making more great music.
I finally got to see George at the Fox theater in Atlanta, 2009. He was 79 and still sounded great. The band was tuned down a half step (pitch) but he put on a great show. Such a kind and gracious personality. I got a CD autographed and will never part with it.
Just wish I could of seen him.Now i just look for everything i can find on him.Wonderful man,now he's our Angel my husband gets to hang with him.So one of us is happy.
My family was freinds with george jones he was a great perosn. He never thought he was better than anyone. He was and will always be the best country singer that has ever sang country. Rip georege
Mr Country Music. Nobody ever outsang him and nobody ever will! Nancy gets a lot of credit but God is the one who saved him. Heaven will be sweeter bc he's there!
Sure hope they get around to making a biopic on this amazingly talent man. Making a movie about the life and times of George Jones is as important as a making a movie about Hank Williams Sr, which they already have a few times.
Ya be da ba doooo, I always put my money on "The Duck." Even though that Duck got kicked off the bus, Possum turned around and bright him back. NO DUCK left behind.
There is a LP cover with George and Johnny Paycheck where George looks just like Jim Carrey. It’s called Double Trouble. Look it up. I fear Jim Carrey would go off the deep end himself playing George.
I'm a life-long teetotaller, my sympathy for drunks and druggies is zero, my sympathy is reserved for those they hurt. For reasons I'm at a loss to explain, the substance-fueled madness of George Jones makes me nearly piss myself laughing -- this clip was hilarious!! He certainly can put a song over brilliantly well.
Kristy Barker what u mean I knew him he was a family friend he was a great man and the best singer of all time. He also had 166 top tens no other artist has done that
