I agree with you. My mothers last word was Jesus and she smiled the most beautiful smile and died saying His name with her last breath. It was humbling.
Best comment ever. Jesus loved when he walked in I bet. Hes been touching the hearts and souls of many millions of people and will continue to for centuries.love him like all of his fans and most of us never met him. That's a great impact
@@billb7735 It works by faith. If you are one of His, you will know when you see Him when He comes to take you home. Not mythical unless you don't believe.
@Fuzzy Bunny His infinite love is what gives you free will. On judgement day if Jesus finds you full of sin then yes you will most likely be condemned to hell. Go ahead and call us wackos, sticks and stones, but when you find out we are not wackos then it will be too late for you, non believers. Not so "fuzzy bunny", I'd rather live as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't than live as if there isn't a God to find out there is. Your words won't deter me away from Him!! Seek HIM and He will find you!!💙
Me! I was driving and this played. I got chicken skin right away had to pull over and play it a few more times. Brought smiles and tears. Beautiful, may he rest in Paradise. Glory to God!
They say death is not for feint of heart as it's scary utter rubbish a person is aware their Guardian Angel we are all given from very second we are conceived into much beloved mothers womb and I believe when our finally journey is near person not only discusses death whether its so gently and or keep pointing and or say such and such is waiting to collect them. God sends his own Guardian Angel to stay and look after us in our final journey while our Guardian Angel goes to Heaven temporarily to meet up with God, senior Innkeepers, Gate Keepers etc and our loved ones that's going back to send us home to Heaven they all have meeting to make arrangements, make room for us etc. I ran out fingers and toes of amount people I knew or were very close friends to family 15years ago yet nearly all did everything I just mentioned above even my mother on day she was suppose to pass away she hung on for nearly 4days don't know what she was waiting on day before I got told to see her she kept pointing saying mother and father her mum died 3years previously her father good 15years previously next day she went in coma as we had Father giving her Last Rites from out of no where she took my late nans friend who just died at Easter this year and her other friend by sort of surprise she opened her eyes gave the Priest most mischievous playful naughtiness look of sheer utter stubbornness and refusal to give up without the fight to go with it along with her lovely most gorgeous smile we all knew what she meant "I'm not ready to go to Heaven" after Father left we in playful manner said to my mum you just wait until you get to Heaven your mother going give you smacked bottom for disrespecting the Priest like that how very naughty just make sure you do your Confession at the Gates and do extra Hail Mary's and Our Father's for that naughty behaviour as well as apologise to God any thing to try deal with what was about to happen sure enough she never ever woke up again only twice to scream like piercingly horrific cries of pain one took nearly 30minuets to find nurse to refill morphine pump I prayed and sung her some songs gently not very very nice to watch especially the agonial breathing its enough to give you nightmares and send chills down your spine
My uncle Odell, when he was dying, kept trying to get everyone else in the room to see the "man" that was in the room JESUS that no one else could see. He even pointed to everyone and counted them more than once. He pointed to a blank space and counted that too. When asked what he was seeing, he said "you know a man- 2 eyes 2 hands etc... A MAN." Yet he was the only one who could see and he passed away and I know it was either Jesus or an angel waiting to take him to heaven.
George was a good friend ,talked with him many times at the barber shop , he fished with me one time ,gave him a ride home when his car broke down , he was the most soulful singer that ever lived
@@LineThree In those times there were no cell cameras and I didn’t go around taking pictures, I had my hands full of instruments and played music with some of the most famous musicians in the US
You will always be in our hearts George ,we love you, and miss you, and always will ...........God bless you Nancy for being such a good women to him ,and taking care of him ,we love you !

Legend of all times!! His legacy will live forever!!! So glad I seen him in concert and met his wife. Such a beautiful and personable lady! I still listen to his music at high volumes and he is always playing at my house parties. Whenever he is playing, it sure wakes up the crowd, young and old! Love you George & Nancy! ❤️❤️
I can't tell you how much I enjoyed George over the years. He was one of my favorite singers. His music was just wonderful, and the style of country music I grew up on. I hope you had a great life together and made a lot of wonderful memories. I am so sorry for your loss, and I pray GOD will bless and comfort you all the days of your life. He is greatly missed by so many people, and there will NEVER be another. All my love to you and yours, always.
We miss ya George, thanks for all the pleasure your songs gave us all those years... You were one of a kind and they'll never be another like you ... R.I.P.
George Jones was one of my favorite country singers of the 80s one of my favorite songs by George was who's gonna fill their shoes and he stopped loving her today
Mam pleas know George and I spent many miles together on the road I drove over the road and he put me to bed many times thanks for being there with him through it all I shure appreciate it have a good night be safe thank you.
Oh dear lord that is an amazing beautiful story thank you so very very much for sharing that with us. All my love to you God bless you always! George Jones what an amazing incredible person.
One of my heroes. As devoted Jones fan,I want to thank her for his last 30 years. I attended a concert at the Orpheum in Vancouver in, I think, 1985. As the stagehands were setting up, one of them brought out a nice, rather plain straight-back chair and set it at the right-front corner of the stage. A few minutes later, a poised and elegant lady was escorted to the chair. Immediately after, Jones walked onto the stage looking at her the whole time. After a 6-minute standing ovation from the audience, he and the Jones Boys did a fabulous set. The elegant lady sat composedly throughout, sharing glances with her husband now and again. I felt like someone I cared about was safe and happy.
Jesus has his precious ways.....people see loved ones & God they help them go on to Heaven..my mom ! Am raised up & her eyes got big said mom! Mom! She seen her...rest in Heaven..yes death is just the beginning of forever...
Grief is our biggest challenge in life and something we all share at some point. What a blessing to hear those last words from Mr. Jones and to know that he is with the creator (however one perceives that). It surely must lighten your burden and thank you for sharing it with us. Blessings.
My grandfather was in the hospital not seeing or hearing us. At the end we visited several days but a certain light overcame the area around him and with his eyes closed and smiling beautifically we all looked at him wondering what he was seeing...he even tried to sit up a little. I got chills. He loved George's music as well. We even played it in the hospital. RIP.❤
That was amazing story rest in peace George Jones you made it you're in God's band now what an awesome last words from an awesome singer to meet his maker rest in peace mr. Jones
According to my mom who was on her bedside, grandma who was sleeping let out a big smile for about 10 seconds and was gone right after that. She was not sick but it was her 98 1/2 year old body was just wore out. It was like God saying to her "welcome home".
I'm literally in tears watching this, we lost a great singer but even a better person, but his music lives on and now he can sing in Heaven, Thanks for the Memories Possum!
I made a earler comment that I would like to apologize to Nancy. Nancy truly loved George Jones and I believe she saved him and helped make him the Legend he is. She has honired him since his death and loved him deeply. I believe 100% that it was God that George found. Thank you Nancy for sharing this beautiful story with us
Thank you so much Mrs. Jones, you are a Wonderful Person. Mrs. Jones you shared the service of George Jones with all of us and helped us to say Good-Bye to this Wonderful Man and Singer. George has been my favorite Male Singer since I was a little girl. I remember my first ever cassette player of my own at the age of 12. I played his songs and Tammy's in my room all alone for hrs. George passed away on my Birthday and I cried along with so many million others. May God Bless you always! I know George knew God and gave his soul to Jesus and thank you for helping him along that Journey! I've never lost a husband but I lost my adult son Jason and I know the pain of Loss. Thank God he blesses us with our loved ones for only a little time, it seems. Thank God for those Precious Memories that make us laugh and yes some times cry. God bless you Mrs. Jones! This is Anita, "Roberts Wife" from Tennessee!
Yes, Angels come and get you when go, to take you before Jesus, Mr. Jones was looking and talking to his Angels. I prayed for him for years for him to get to know the Lord and he did. Thank you, Mrs. Jones.
Our family loved listening to George Jones' songs, when i hear his songs to this day, i usually tear up with fond memories of love, family, struggles etc... he'll forever be in people's hearts.
I have seen George in concert five or six times the last time I seen him was in Chicago and Nancy was in the lobby, selling shirts and memorabilia. My father had just died and I told her that Georges music was playing at my house, my whole life she handed me a paper saying to fill it out name, address, etc. I thought she was telling me to fill it out for George Jones fan club,I did and she said something about going to the Ryman the following Sunday, but expect a call blah blah blah,I was at home the following week and my mother called me frantically saying that George Jones called her. Nancy told him to call my mother talked for about an hour!. That was a thrill of a lifetime. Made my mothers day life year. I love him more than any entertainer to ever sing a song. God bless Miss Nancy too, because we got to enjoy him way longer than we should have because of her.
It was a sad video until the end, george is where he deserves to be, in his own special place of heaven watching down on us all. He gave his whole life to give us great music. Thanks for everything george we still miss and love you, but your doing better than ever. Rest peacefully possum. Thanks for showing up.
When my grandfather was in hospice at home i would go and see him almost everyday. On his particular day I could tell he wasn't quit there. He was sitting up wide awake but he was somewhere else. He looked over at me and he kept trying to look at something that was behind me so I movef over and he smiled like a child so bright and said hello to his uncle and mother. The next day he got so excited and started sming so big he was almost laughing. He kept saying go get Dot. Dot is his wife. So I yelled for mamaw and she came In the room and layed next to him and said "what's wrong honey" he whispered In her ear with the sweetest look on his face and said " your mama said she loves you" he had seen his wife's mother. Oh my grandma cried so hard and looked at him and said. "We will be fine here honey and if you are ready to go be with everyone you can go and I will see you again" My grandfather passed later that day and yall he was awake and aware. His blood pressure dropped like crazy and he just drifted off. It was beautiful to witness his child like ways of so much excitement to have all those visitors. When our physical bodies start to shut down and we are disconnecting ourselves from the physical world that is when we are able to see the spiritual world more. It's always here we are just too distracted with the physical world. This is why people fast. When u fast your physical self starts to shut down and then spiritual things come to service.
God Bless , I wwas in Washington State a month or so before he passed , he was playing at a casino , I wanted to see him but I was working and just passing through.
WHAT A BEAUTIFUL THING GEORGE SAID! BEEN AROUND SEVERAL PEOPLE LIKE GEORGE, AND THEY HAD SIMILAR STATEMENTS, AND THEY WERE NOT TALKING TO ANYONE IN THE ROOM WE COULD SEE!
What a touching final moment...Thank you for sharing this. What a wonderful legacy the great George Jones has left to the millions of country music fans and this means George Jones fans! So glad I was privileged to see a few of his concerts.
What a lovely testimony. George Jones was one of my very favorite. I believe Jesus was waiting for George along with my hus band Ben who loved to hear George sing. He is singing in Heaven praising and glorifying Jesus. Thanks for sharing.
