Awesome reaction guys...if ya wanna check out another one of his tunes I would suggest " One Bourbon One Scotch One Beer" Great storytelling in this one...check the Live version or Studio both are Awesome 💯🔥
🎷 saxophone, and both of them, one under his arm….that’s a badass on sax too, facts. Keep doing rock n roll- I’m here for it. Live is the best, real talent, not techno……that’s right! 🤘😎❤️🎼🎶❤️
The 80’s were AMAZING to live through. Culturally it was the most free time of my life. His song One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer was super fun too. We had zero issues racially or musically or socially in the 70’s & 80’s. We got along so good and had so much fun they put an end to it with propaganda convincing everyone ther is a problem.
@@Serai396% of this current racial bull 💩 is self created, and not real!..smfh unfortunately! Nobody cared back in the 70's, 80's and 90's, people who I hung around with!..from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 👋🤠
I got to see him twice back in the eighties. Each show, from beginning to end, had this level of energy. Just fantastic! He's a master performer, constantly interacting with the audience and letting them select songs, and we loved him for it.
Around 2:25ish, the guy isn't playing a trumpet! He's playing an alto saxophone 🎷, and holding a tenor saxophone 🎷 under his arm!..from Wyoming USA 🇺🇸 👋🤠
The instrument questioning is a saxophone. And Kamy is correct, today’s most popular/famous artists don’t compare. If you are a music lover, the 60s and 70s were the greatest time to grow up. Back then was incredible. Everyone actually learned how to play instruments and sing without auto tune and EVERY genre of music was at it’s peak.
people dont do this anymore- because in the 80s you had to have talent and people heard right away if you couldnt do on stage what you did in the studio
There are plenty of excellent musicians these days. Stop deluding yourself that all talent ended with your generation just because you're too slow-witted to adapt.
All bands I’ve seen always play like this when live, yes in 2023 too. The only ones I see who do not are in the rap or hip hop genre. They ‘sample’ music from actual artists which used to be one couldn’t do that.
@@cordellsenior9935. That mistake is kind of forgivable if you can’t see it [not really]. But getting it wrong when you can see the instrument…..! Hahaha. A testament to not enough music education in schools anymore.
Saw him live in London he's absolutely what he says a bad boy vibe but fabulous and a great guitar player. he only plays small venues because his facial expresions are a must see.
Imagine what they'll think when they see Robert Plant live at Zep's show in NYC; Steve Vai doing Tender Surrender; or Edgar Winter doing Frankenstein live.
In the 80s, the band took on a US tour in which in 50 days they played every US state and Washington DC. I can't imagine the energy and stamina levels that was needed there.
Saw him live they cut the house lights on and he still stayed onstage and blasted he ended the show with gear jammer I believe it was probably 30 yrs ago....... I'm old as fuck
I saw him a few years ago at a small venue in Reno NV. I was first row on the end (due to being handicapped and in a wheelchair). This man has energy!!!!!!!!!!!!! The whole room was electric. He played for 1 1/2 hours. Can't say enough good about him or his band
Kamy, I'm convinced you would have been a hippy in the seventies as much as you love this live performance. If you think George Thorogood is bad, you should react to some Led Zeppelin. May I suggest the official video of Whole Lotta Love. I'm afraid George has nothing on Robert Plant, lol.
This is 3 songs from the end of the concert! Those are saxophones. Whole concert is at: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KDd7wBXTIRc.html He's still touring and people say he hasn't slowed down! Appreciate your reaction.
Gotta see Dire Straits Live Sultans of Swing. That dude can play a guitar. Lots of long solos on the live. Vocals are better on the official video but that live show is turned way up.
Ya need to catch a real rock concert. Many of the classic rock bands from the 70's & 80's that you react to still tour. Though usually not all original members, you would still have the experience and explore some of the bands you've liked a little bit more. I believe that Lonesome George is on tour right now, or very soon. 3 of my top 10 shows were with him being in 1st, 3rd and 7th.
