There is a story with this one.
I have finally achieved artistic success: I have been attacked by the conservative media.
There was a positive review of the performance in the DC Examiner the day after the show. Then conservative writer Tim Graham of the "Media Research Center" posted this response:

God, he's so incredible. Going through his older spoken word and then listening to "All You Can Do" tonight and its so amazing to see how steadily he's been putting out inspirational, funny, creative, beautiful work. I'm so proud of him and I'll be a fan of his till the day I die

You are amazing. It's the way you explain things. You talk the truth and make others want to change things. It's not that you're hilarious, or that your acts are so various, it's how you take language and meaning and you marry it. I love how Graham's article doesn't actually have anything to do with criticism of your poetry, but rather ignores it and calls it nonsensical. This poem is beautiful, and I am so glad that a talented guy such as yourself is speaking up for this cause and against the commercialization of "green". Wonderful work!

Its not just about people claiming they are green it is about not being something you say but something you actually do and stand for. Its about all the people out there that say they are green who really drive an SUV and live far beyond their means. Its about not just saying you are "green" but living "green" or should we say Eco-friendly.

The best part about this video is the article in the info section. Cracks me up that he described the work as "non-sensical," when it couldn't make more sense. Poor guy didn't even realize that George was talking about him.

"exposing and combating liberal media bias" what a joke. i love that there was an article written about this performance, because for those that have actually seen the video and read the article you really get a good laugh at how hard this issue is trying to be swept under the rug, or at least discredited. this performance, i am so green, is great. love it.

George Watsky, your sense of irony is a grinding wheel and your words are a dagger. Also, I enjoyed the "conservative take" on this piece which, of course, involved taking a tiny sliver of information, removing it entirely from context, and re-framing it in the most intellectually bereft way imaginable. It's hard to be angry with people who are so entirely unintelligent... :(
