I'll never forget that Bama game. 20 hour layover watching the game and crying my eyes out when Kelee Ringo got that INT and ran it all the way back. Months later it still dont feel real. Win or lose ill always be a Dawg i just hope we dont have to wait another 40 yrs for another chip lol. Go Dawgs!
we really need to be thankful for kirby it wasn't like this before he got here even when we were highly ranked with richt early on in his tenure we weren't blowing folks out the way we do with kirby now.
Exactly….and Kirby is building depth….one thing that Richt NEVER did and probably was a main factor in Georgia not winning the natty in 2017….they just didn’t have alabamas depth yet

It was only that crucial because of the blown no call that would have put us in a comfortable lead and helped the dawgs control the momentum. Only for them to call the exact same call again in bamas favor to put them back in the game.
Something about watching that 2021 natty always gets me hyped. Being in the band and watching us lose to bama over and over was rough. I did not think we had that game. Almost makes me wish I took a fifth year…
Notice how 9 of the 11 games are the years we went to the natty. Also that vandy game was personal since they flaked in 2020 on what was supposed to be senior day for them.
I was a senior in high school when I saw Georgia destroy Alabama 21-0 in Athens...the only time a Bear Bryant led team went scoreless in the 70s! Yup...Vince spanked the Bear good! They went on to win the SEC but dropped the ball against Pitt and Tony Dorsett in the Sugar Bowl.
Bruh I still laugh at how the football gods put two of the easiest scoop and scores in history right in the face of #47 Dan Jackson and he couldn’t grab the ball. Like dude will end his career with 2 or more rings but will still lose sleep at night over those missed recoveries
Bama is still the 800 pound gorilla in the SEC. Don't let anyone kid you that the dynasty is over. UGA had 1 win, but it was a big one. The titans will keep butting heads.

Kentucky is definitely trending in the right direction. I like what they are doing. But I dont think they will top the Dawgs next year. Maybe in a couple though
False ole miss was also out cause those were the only 2 schools at the time we hadn’t beat. This year we obviously smacked y’all silly by 30 and ole miss will get their dose this fall.

That's a fair statement; however, there is one flaw. While my team will most likely win 11 to 12 games next year and play for a spot in the playoff, LSU will be struggling to make a bowl game. UGA is more talented than LSU, and that's why if UGA met LSU on the field this year we would dominate. All LSU fans can relive 2019 all they want but it is now 2022 its been 3 years bud.

@@huntertrum3658 yea we broke the record for the most players drafted this past year and Kirby has consistently put guys in the nfl since 2017. The one difference in the 2021 UGA team and the 2019 LSU team is with our recruiting and depth we won’t crash and burn like LSU did.

How do you justify claiming Georgia is far ahead of LSU when the past two times they played, within this 5 year time period you're talking about, they got smacked around both times? Bama has 18 all time it'd be silly to think we are the better program all time but in the same way it'd be silly to say another other team has been as dominate as UGA these past 2 years.
