Blind Blake was a vocalist and ragtime blues fingerpicking guitar player, who recorded 79 tracks for Paramount alone between 1926 and 1932. He was enormously influential on guitarists who came after him such as Blind Boy Fuller, and is still an influence today (see the numbers on You Tube picking out his songs! Good on them!).
This song, Georgia Bound was recorded on 17 August 1929 at Richmond in Illinois. It has a very similar melody line to the subsequent 'Four Until Late' by Robert Johnson and was clearly an influence on him.
I have put together a slide show video, which was a bit of a challenge as there is only one known photo of Blind Blake!
