I played football from 3rd grade through 12th grade and I've been around a few dozen college coaches talking ball and to this day I still say the best coach I've even played for or talked to was my daddy not only his knowledge of the game but his willingness and ability to adjust to the players on his team most coaches are too arrogant to make those changes bcuz they believe that their system is always the key
